I usually avoid this Subway because I’ve seen the reviews online saying they’re often out of stock on items I like, and that the workers have a bad attitude. I normally go to a different location, but since this one is closest to my house, I decided to give it a try on 07/27/25 around 3:25 PM Sunday, hoping I could finally get my sandwich made the way I like. Unfortunately, it didn’t go well.
The two workers there were very rude when I asked for simple things like extra crispy bacon or cucumbers. Instead of helping, they acted annoyed. One of them was even licking her fingers while clocking in, which is unacceptable when handling food.
When I asked for extra ranch, they squeezed almost half the bottle onto my sandwich, making it soggy instead of just adding a reasonable amount. It honestly felt like they did it on purpose just because they didn’t want to accommodate my request.
I want to be able to go to a Subway close to my house and have my sandwich made the way I like, with basic courtesy and proper hygiene. That’s not asking for much. I hope management can address the staff’s attitude and cleanliness especially since other reviews already mention this problem because this location could actually be convenient if it were better run.

The women working the lunch hour on 4/23/25 said she had to finish the online order before she can assist me. There was no one else helping her. I waited 15 mins before I was helped.

They are out of many items from the menu, very irritating. The place doesn't look sanitary as well. Don't recommend.

I will say, this is a very clean location. But no avocados, no fountain drinks, and a sub par sandwich. I ordered double meat and they gave me regular meat and said that this was double meat. It was only a few slices of turkey. Very stingy with the veggies too.

Should double check on your employees , they didn't wanna take our order since they said they are close when it's not even 9pm we got here 8:25 pm , by far worse subway every time I come there a problem.

places like this make me really wish that I could give zero stars. The food is amazing but NOT the service. They were lowkey mean. Won't come again and don't recommend anyone to come.

This is a useless place. The girl working here has no sense of speaking at all. 9pm is the closing time. She sends back the 8pm customers. Work thief.

Just broke my crown on a old oatmeal cookie. Wow just make the cookies daily, make less if they're not selling but make them fresh.
And another thing.....Why should I have to tell you to put the mayo on the bread and not on top like a gd hotdog???????????

I just walked into the subway for my lunch break and the young lady was rather rude telling me they are closed when they clearly open at 8. Obviously you were late like most cases when I go here. She tells me they are closed. So I’m confused like says your open and the door was open. She could have easily said give me a few and I’ll help you. But instead she insisted they were closed and I could wait. So I just walked out. Very rude. Be on time not rude
Second time giving the location a chance, the first time i went was displeased with the cleanliness but thought maybe they were having a bad day. Decided to stop for a sandwich before work since i know how busy it can get during lunch hour walked in at 8:45 and proceeds to say she was not taking customers. I proceed to ask what time they open and she said 8am, which then again makes no sense on why they would be open. Was not given any reasonable explanation just a very dry response, i just don’t understand how they could open at 8am and not take customers at that point just close. Very disappointed will not be going to this location again it looked unkept and dirty as well as bad customer service.

They forgot part of my order, then they put my subs in a paper bag that ripped open and they could not give me a plastic bag, caused they don't carry them anymore, overall it suck!!!.
