the worker named kaf at this establishment is literally the best worker ever. so nice and kind, she definitely deserves a raise. the other girls working with her were mediocre at best. nothing compared to kaf. Brillian worker!!!

Closed before closing time. Something has to be done.

Placed a mobile pick up order on subway website. Paid with my Google pay at 923pm, confirmation stated to pick up order at 945pm. Showed up no order and employees could not make my order that I was willing to pay for a second time since the system failed. It was 15 minutes until closing. Nice kids but maybe just close at 930pm and lock the doors. Take the last customers at 930pm and lock up at that point. Stop saying you are open until 10pm. The employees are clearly told not to serve any customers after 930pm. Be honest with your customers.

Got here way before closing time, saw the open sign so we parked as we open the door. This worker comes and turns off the sign and runs off to the back to hide. Waited until he came back to snap a picture. Horrible the sign says they close at 10 pm, not 9:30.

The quality of the received sandwich was very disappointing. The foot-long sandwiches, one ordered with extra ham barely had even an ounce of meat & the regular meat amount was under an ounce of meat. Poor quality for the price. Check out the photos.

They are very stingy with the ingredients I ordered a tuna SALAD. I had to request more lettuce twice I still had more tuna in my salad than lettuce. I will be going to one that will give me my monies worth.

There’s some friendly workers and some not so friendly workers. But the thing I want to complain about is the watered down drinks… I used to work at subway and I remember loving their watermelon drink. It is extremely watered down now it’s disgusting. Even the strawberry lemonade is so watery you can barely taste the lemon. It tastes like I had extra ice in my drink and let it sit until it melted. I mean no one in their right mind has to think it tastes good. Another thing is their salads. They used to chop them and now they put vegetables in their whole. It feels like the store has gotten so lazy. Like why would I want to eat an entire slice of cucumber. I have to chop the salads when I get home now when they could literally just do it there. For how expensive everything is, they could give us drinks with flavor and chopped vegetables.

The food itself was great. The service was poor and truly sucked. They definitely need some improvement.
I'm not sure if they were understaffed, but I'm gonna blame it on that, so I can't completely convince myself of the other things that came to mind. First off, they were really slow. I let them know that I had made our order online prior to going to the store to pick it up. We(my husband and I)were the only people in the store when we arrived to get our order. Then a lot of people started showing up and were making orders inside the store and, for whatever reason, they were taken care of before we were.
The humble person I am, I didn't say anything. But my husband definitely did, and he wasn't rude, after he noticed that several people had come in after us, placed, and had their orders made and were leaving before our order was even looked at.. Honestly, I never throw the race card, but this really felt racial. Seeing how we were the only black people there. We were basically first in line yet serviced last.
But again, I want to blame the poor service on maybe they were understaffed. Otherwise, my not so humbe other side would absolutely say, they treated us like an afterthought, and we probably would've sat there even longer, had my hubby not said something.
Nobody apologized for us having to wait so long either. The chic just said our name, tossed the bag up on the counter, and walked away...

That's not how people should be treated.
The location is convenient to home, but we won't be going back to that store.

Went a did curbside got my tuna sandwich got home an wrong bread wrong toppings also ordered 2 dollar churro it tasted burned NO CINNAMON OR SUGAR it tasted old! I'll never go there again I'll stick to the one off Del Rosa. Worst visit EVER.
