I’m writing to commend the outstanding service I received at the Subway by Ivan. He was incredibly patient and helpful, especially when I had trouble deciding what to order. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. Excellent customer service is what keeps customers coming back, and this employee definitely embodies that. Thank you for a great meal and a positive experience! He definitely deserves a raise.

It was around 8:00-15 not sure the exact time and the date today August 8 and the lady not only had just walked in late, but told me they were closed as she proceeded to go in and lock the door behind her. This isn’t the first time this same lady tells me it’s closed. She has a pattern of being late and keeping it closed. One time she went inside, clocked in (walked to the register which is why I know she clocked in) and remained to leave it locked until she was ready to attend me which was almost 15-20 minutes later and made me late to work. Not only that, I was waiting in my car right in front of the door and she seen me but when a couple knocked on the door, she opened the door and helped them out first. She seen me waiting patiently for her and couldn’t have the consideration to tell them she would attend me first since I was already waiting on her. So unprofessional and was very rude.

This subway is unique being in the area that it's at but yet they serve strong and respect all people that go in there. Only subway I really go to in Berdoo. There are certain employees who work there who to some degree shows kindness to the less fortunate or ones you can tell are struggling with something in there life. I won't leave reviews at other subways that are in the area. But to me the love for the community goes along way. 5 star no cap.

The meatball boss sandwich is good. I enjoyed it. meatballs, marinara sauce, and pepperoni were good. The watermelon agua fresca drink was good. I appreciate the service here. Thank you.

Among Subways in the local area...I've never had a bad experience here. I was sad when they removed the outside tables...the owner and staff are friendly. I have been to alllll the Subways in San Bernardino Highland & hands down this one has the Kindest staff. The interior is not as Ritzy & new as the Subway by the Saint Bernardine Hospital -- but, the staff have THE BEST manners here. The stainless steel cover on some of the ingredients in alllll Subways is no bueno to me. But, this location has the absolute kindest nicest friendliest staff -- in my experience so far. I have never had a bad experience here.

Honestly you can tell this restaurant is getting desperate. Footlong nachos? The veggies aren't as fresh or abundant as they used to be. I got the sub of the day.. hot honey pepperoni.. I'm not sure which mental patient they got this idea from.. but it's a bad one. I'm just now getting to the soda that came with my meal.. I tried 2 other sodas I didn't like the quality of.. then I went to a third.. which I didn't taste before leaving because I figured there's an ice waters chance in hell that it would be bad too.. serves me right I suppose. It's very bitter.. it's basically just brown soda water. If you want a sandwich.. please.. go ANYWHERE else but here

My son & I went at 7:10am to try and get a sandwich to take for the field trip. The doors were locked. On the website and store hours, it says opened (7am). Some employees were inside, saw us, & after a couple of minutes just waved that they were closed. If the facility does open later can the hours be changed accordingly.

This place use to be good but now it’s horrible they always mess up my online order whether there’s people or whether it’s lonely and get upset when I ask for the stuff they didn’t add ……. Like read the paper .not that hard. Homeless around and they go inside and steal soda etc.
