This is the second time that my order is incorrect. I placed my order online as I only have a 30 minute lunch. I pick up my order and leave. When I get back to work to eat I noticed twice already that they leave out the avocado. It's so annoying especially since they charge like $3 extra dollars for it. The first time they forgot the avocado and other stuff I requested which made my sandwich super dry. The second time they forgot to put the avocado and the cheese. Just horrible!

I was waiting for the guy to take my order but he seemed very distracted and very slow. I believe his name was Jacob or something with a J. It was frustrating because I was in a hurry, but thankfully another employee came and took my order, just know that Marissa is very much appreciated, she was very kind and quick with my order.
