Zero stars, very rude , lost our order , paid on line ... no food no refund got very rude said I was trying to scam them!Won't return to any subway again

I ordered 2 sandwiches from the San Bernardino location. The boss was missing meatballs and cheese, only came with toasted pepperoni. The second sandwich I custom ordered and they left out the tomato, olives and the chipotle sauce. Called the store to speak with a rep and they were very unsympathetic. Will most likely not be returning.

Dont come here they dont know what there doing came here multiple times and they always forget something or just put the totally wrong toppings and they have horrible costumer

So I ordered online most of the time and it always comes out good as I ordered it, but today it didn't, one thing they missed out and I get yelled at back home.. the thing it was missing was the chipotle sauce. Idk who cooked it if it was that one older lady because shes been missing stuff when I order before. But come on, just follow the list in the order.

The sandwiches are very good but the prices are wow! What used to cost me $18 plus change for 2 /12" subs is now $29 and change. I'll be waiting for coupons to come out before coming back.

Walking in surrounded by homeless, the area is super grunge shouldn't have came here in the first place, i never have till now. Anyway, coming into the store customer service is unbelievable, we have d*** skinny girl with glasses, a tattooed ex-con, a stupid fat girl who was literally just there, not even helping. Basically the avocados were totally brown, asked for better ones and twig says "they're all like that". No drinks AT ALL and lettuce was yellow. Couldn't change out the avocado sandwich was poorly made. Its called subway cus its supposed to be fresh but none of the produce was even cold, it had for sure been sitting for today maybe even yesterday! Tattooed guy making my sandwich was cool. But his two colleges attitudes made my service weak and totally unsatisfactory. The building overall needs maintenance. Big one could be cleaning up something and local police need to be getting rid of the homeless. Do not come to this subway if you want proper service , I should have gone to Jersey mikes. People shouldn't be working jobs they clearly don't enjoy..

The staff is friendly and I submitted a mobile order right in front of them and they did it right away. Very generous amounts and my sub was delicious.

Im so desappointed and mad I got to this location at 3:45 pm today Sunday and a young man was attending he was angry mad to work I think, every time I tried to ask something he reply angry in a bad mood I told him the lettuce was yellow he told in a bad attitude, all the lettuce is the same and I ask him for his name and he told what for, wow so rude and then a girl came to the front desk too and I ask her what's wrong with this guy, it's like he's mad of me, do something about it and she start laughing????? I m not coming again to this place. I don't know why people take jobs like this if they don't like it At mother's day with this kind of attitude really sucks
