Quality of food has gone down since the last time I visited the San Bernardino location the girl cashiers don't greet you or say thank you like they're afraid ordered a chicken dinner chicken looks old overcooked more skin than meat I get the prices of gone up but why does the quality go down ?☹️

We came here cause we needed a quick place to eat and my daughter wanted a steak and I saw that the steaks were $10 for kids. We didn’t realize how inexpensive it was here. It’s not the absolute best but it’s definitely good for the price and we will definitely be coming mg back when we are in the area. My family has been going to Sundowners in Fontana for over 30 years. We moved to San Bernardino and were soo happy to find out they had a 2nd location here. Everything on the menu is fresh and delicious. Best blue cheese ever.
I do not recommend this place!I went in today for a quick meal. I ordered a sowest chicken salad. Typically these types of salads include corn, beans, maybe some cheese. But no, all I got was a regular salad croutons and tomatoes. I had to wait ten minutes for the chicken which is understandable if they are cooking it fresh as they claim they do. The chicken was disgusting, chewy and the portion was so small.The restrooms were also in an awful condition you get the smell of a dirty bathroom all the way in to the dining area.!And the there's no ventilation or ac in the restaurant which is probably why its hot and it smells through the whole place ?So disappointing. I will definitely not be coming back here again.
