My local taco bell had us ordering at the kiosk yesterday which i should not have done because i am a rewards member and missed out on points. It didn't sign me in and it didn't issue a receipt. I asked an employee for one and still didnt earn points bcuz of some technical nonsense. I was told to call taco bell regarding the issue so i can be credited points for almost $50 of food! Anyway i think i lost my receipt! The location itself looks great and the food was good. The employees look busy, yet they need help!

Ordered drive thru just now; service and how fast we got our food was fine. My beefy five layer burritos were absolutely disgusting. The beans were came together and old. Beef was old as well but not nearly as bad the beans. Anytime I go to Taco Bell now I will be trying my burrito before leaving because that was an absolute waste of money. Please remake your ingredients when they get old and have been sitting out. That’s sort of Taco Bell 101.

Although the customer service person at the drive thru window was very short of discussion and offered no receipt, I've never been to a TB that was as FAST AND ACCURATE as they were.

I like getting their boxes for like $7 for food.It has a good amount of food.Every time I go there they get my order, right? I remember when they had the craving box that was really good.I wish they would bring that back

Thank u sooooooo godamn much for bringing bk my childhood favorite since the 80's, the infamous, Mexican pizza, I stopped going to taco bell whn ya'll stopped serving the Mexican pizza, but now I patronize taco bell every chance I gt now tht ya'll brought tht delicious original work of art bk!!!?????
Today I ordered my food without my sauce. I NEED my sauce I called and the lady working there made sure my order was fresh hot and with my SAUCE! Thank you very much. I’m one satisfied customer
