My food came out without a drink cup. I had to ask for it to another person. I asked for restroom open and I had to asked twice back and forth between the restroom and the counter. Terrible!

went in the drive-thru and was trying to order for 10-15mins at the voicebox where they take your order and NO ONE WAS ANSWERING ME and the car infront of me was being helped so i just pulled up to the window and tried ordering and the employee (Melanie R) was clueless and was very unprofessional and she almost got my order wrong after i had already explained to her , worst restaurant employee ive seen in a long time - Order # 447293 wouldn't recommend this spot

I'm a boomer,so dealing with menu boards are irritating. I muddled thru placing my order and pushed pay. My order comes up without my breakfast wrap. Only way to put my breakfast wrap on order is to cancel order and start over. Instead I add one more of what my freind is getting,breakfast Quesidilla. Went to pick up order at counter to find they don't carry half and half for coffee just Vanilla Cream sweetener in other words CORN SYRUP. Unbelievable,they don't carry half and half. Very disappointed.

Almost impossible drive thruand parking can be challenging. Computerized ordering so service is basically non-existent. As most fast food establishments don't have salads on the menu, this place actually does . The salad was reasonably priced and fresh. 👍

My local taco bell had us ordering at the kiosk yesterday which i should not have done because i am a rewards member and missed out on points. It didn't sign me in and it didn't issue a receipt. I asked an employee for one and still didnt earn points bcuz of some technical nonsense. I was told to call taco bell regarding the issue so i can be credited points for almost $50 of food! Anyway i think i lost my receipt! The location itself looks great and the food was good. The employees look busy, yet they need help!

Ordered drive thru just now; service and how fast we got our food was fine. My beefy five layer burritos were absolutely disgusting. The beans were came together and old. Beef was old as well but not nearly as bad the beans. Anytime I go to Taco Bell now I will be trying my burrito before leaving because that was an absolute waste of money. Please remake your ingredients when they get old and have been sitting out. That’s sort of Taco Bell 101.
There's Taco Bell on 2nd Street does not take any Taco Bell coupons/ I told them I'm not coming back to support this business!!
