Just recently visited here and was a little disappointed by the extreme change the 1st time I came to the terminal there was a racket full of games a great place to bring your younger to teenage children to play some games and have over load of drinks to choose from still have a GREAT SELECTION OF DRINK BUT..they took away their food menu no more crunchy egg rolls onion rings Or well cooked cheese sticks Nothing but drinks although the catchy cool chill seating area is very welcoming most people that came in when I was there mostly used the seating area to wait for there drinks they order to go my Teen and her best really had a great time they were able to bring there own uno cards and picked there own drinks with popping Boba omg strawberry was soo good and the club soda is definitely yummy enough to keep you coming back I love there are no tvs so it's a GREAT PLACE TO TALK HAVE A GREAT TASTING DRINK STUDY DO LITTLE BROADCASTING QUIETLY OF COURSE READ BRING UR LAPTOP USE UR DATA I DID NOT SEE A FREE WIFI SIGN SO BE AWARE OF THAT ANY WAY THIS IS STILL A HIP COOL PLACE I WILL CONTINUE TO GO HERE AND BRING FRIENDS FAMILY WITH ME TO HAVE A GREAT TEA TIME TOGETHER ❤️

I had Economy Class Iced Matcha /Cacao (Starbucks equivalent to a small) and it please pretty damn good. I showed up at around 17:30 and it was pretty empty with fast service. I'd be going back there again. Pretty reasonable prices too.

Sad and really disappointing how people still can be racist. I first called to make sure they were still open because they looked closed and they told me they close at 8:30. So I came in at 8:00 and when I first came in they put there head down as if to ignore me and I come up to the window to order and try to get a milky twist and they are going to say they “aren’t doing blended drinks right now they stopped serving them at 8”. Honestly seemed like they just did not want to serve a black customer. Never coming again. If your black please save your money and go somewhere they will serve you and treat you with equality.

My drink was missing Boba and other things I ordered and paid for. The girls were slamming things down and making comments of everyone who walked in the door and cussing. They had mentioned they were out of a flavor I ordered and was out of line. We are customers trying to buy something and no one was arguing or confronting they were rude for no reason. My light ice turned into my cups full of heavy ice! Waste of money. They are trying to close early and mad when customers come in and messing orders up on purpose isn't ok we pay extra for things and should get it

Great customer service!We were greeted as soon as we walked in and weren't rushed at all.We got 3 blended milk teas.One strawberry, one Honeydew, and one Taro two with mango popping boba and one with honey boba.All the drinks were made with love!They all were yummy and we will definitely be back in the near future!

Leslie helped me out and made sure my drinks were made to my liking.

Cute little boba shop, love the way its set up and my Lavender milk tea was amazing. Sunset was for my babies and they loved it as well. Highly recommend ?

Best Boba spot ever. The Boba isn't chewy at all. New fav spot for vanilla milk tea.

I don't buy this tea stuff. But I took my granddaughter and she is happy with it. I got one too. $6.00 for a drink? Hmmm. I was thinking I could of bought several bottles of beverages.. but that's my frugal ways.It's ok once in awhile but I don't have the extra spending cash to buy tea for $4 to $7. Same with Starbucks too expensive. If you got the money ? why not.Great business though...

JAVA CHIP HAS NOT BEEN AVAILABLE FOR THE PAST FEW MONTHS. Difficult to say bc their staff has good customer service. This review is for THE OWNER - help your workers and customers and restock the Java Chip.

1st time here.. Absolutely loved the drinks however too much ice on the Cloudy drink*EDIT* Went back again. And they explained why there was alot of ice but that they could use less Ice. 5 STARS?

Horrible customer service, it takes the associates around 5 minutes to acknowledge you and take your order. I have been there 40 minutes before they close multiple times and they always tell me that I am no longer able to order any slush drinks and at times there isn’t any boba because they have already washed the dishes and do not want to wash them again. I understand if I showed up with less than 10 minutes before they close but almost an hour before they close and they refuse to make any more drinks because they are too lazy to wash again, that is ridiculous. They do have amazing drinks when they actually put the effort into making them but I do believe they need to work on the customer service aspect.

Cant say nice enough things about this spot. They got a few outdoor seats and tables. The staff is helpful and friendly. Last time I tried the taro drink w boba... this time I got the green tea w pulpy, freshly squeezed orange juice... wow! The pancakes look awesome, but they take a while, like 30 min or more so make sure to give yourself time. I didn't and was in a rush. My friend goes here a few times a month for the past year or so. Support this great local biz。

Cool spot and great choices. My go to while im working in the area.
