Extremely slow to get our food. There was a coference. We go to that conference every year, and they are still unprepared. We were explained there was only one cook, and he's busy with the conference. Unacceptable, especially when you know your schedule.
Top-notch service and ambience.

Sarah helped us. We found this restaurant on google and it’s in the Double Tree. Sarah explained the menu and welcomed us as soon as we came in. She made excellent recommendations. If we weren’t driving home we would have gotten desert. The portions were perfect, but our will power was not. Will definitely stop here and gain when we are in town.

Can't say anything about the food because we ended going to a diferet restaurant for dinner, we make a reservation to this place, we arrived at time, as soon we approached the bartender notice a really bad attitude, 👎 bad customer service.

I stayed here for a week for work. Food menu was amazing and Sarah was the best server EVER! She made the best food recommendations that did not disappoint.
I can only report on the service, it was so poor we left before ordering more than a drink. We got there and a sign was posted to see bartender for a table. It was probably a good 3-5 minutes before the bartender showed up. She told me that I could pick any table. My wife was a few minutes late, so I picked a table. The waitress showed up to ask for drinks, I had only just gotten the menu, so I asked for waters and a minute. When she delivered the water I ordered a beer on tap. We ended up moving after my wife arrived as my wife thought the section I picked felt like a cave. The waitress saw us move and the place was nearly empty. She checked on us briefly, but we were not yet ready to order, we didn't see her again for at least 20 minutes. She saw us put down the menus but literally disappeared, we didn't see her anywhere in the restaurant. By the time she got back we were fed up, I paid for the beer and left. Thankfully they did validate both of our parking as it would have been 14 each even though we were there less than an hour. I only add this much detail as I don't feel we did anything wrong, service was just utterly unacceptable. We won't be going back. The menu looked pretty good, but the prices seemed quite high for what was being offered.
I had a wonderful dining experience at cutting forge , From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, offering helpful suggestions from the menu and checking in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. Keep in mind though you have to take the hood with the bad. The restrooms are am disgusting disaster! You people should feel FULL SHAME that you let your customers in there. My son actually went to a near by store to urinate because of how badly your restrooms looked and smelled. NO SOAP, NO PAPER TOWELS, ice cold brown water and a stench of a rotten animal corpse stuffed inside a wall.
They helped us with parking, gave my kids free ice cream and gave us some cookies. We definitely coming back when we are in town.

Had brunch here for Mothers day was not worth the $100 per person. The food was not great..2 family members had stomachaches after eating here. Never again.
We came here one night on a whim. We were vacationing in the area and just wanted a good steak. Google led us to The Cutting Board. We had never heard of it, and were a little shocked that it was actually a restaurant inside of a Double Tree.
We came in fairly late... but I think they said we still had an hour before the kitchen closed. Our server was an absolute sweet heart.
We ordered some sort of chicken soup with barley... totally comforting. And we both ordered the rib eye steaks. The steaks were cooked to perfection with a side of mashed potatoes and a delicious wine gravy. 10/10.

Best service from all the staff, especially Kayla! Really good food, great menu, highly recommended
Great food, exceptional service during a difficult time.
Ribeye quality is very poor. In January the Argentine ribeye was excellent. Great cut, cooked to medium rare. I’ve had the steak now twice in tei months and the quality has dropped dramatically. Very thin, poor quality cut for $65. To thin of a cut to achieve medium rate and grizzly both times.
Good food and service!!!
We have been here twice now, first time on Christmas and today for my birthday. Sarah took great care of us both times! She remembered us from our first visit, which made us feel special. She is so very friendly and accommodating. Service is timely, and the food is good, I definitely recommend the brussel sprouts! Both times the environment was calm and easygoing. We will be back soon.
