I come here at least once a week for lunch. Martha is always super friendly. Never had a bad experience. The food has never had an issue as well. The area of course is a little rough but the establishment itself is kept well!

My first visit was 10/20/23. The server was helpful and very patient with me as I made my selections. Food was so good I returned on 10/27/23. I plan on making this place my Friday night stop before going home.
My kids had to use the restroom, i was told to purchase something so I did, it came out to 0.33, so the girl has the audacity to say she be sure to tell the manager to raise the limit. Are you serious? This girl had to be that ugly of a person to kids. Don't be mad because I bought something, no matter the cost and gained entry to the bathroom. That's just crazy to me that blonde girl needs to be fired. Never will I even think about buying food from here.

I usually go to this location on my way to work since they have a drive thru so today I ordered a chicken veggie bowl as I got to work and opened my bowl there was a piece of metal inside it which of course ruined the whole meal. I didn't have time to go back since I barely had time to eat and clock in but I called and the girl I spoke to asked for my order number and than she said "a piece of metal?! Oh I know what you're talking about" than told me I had to take the food back today I explained to them I couldn't since I was going to close at work she asked her manager and they basically said they couldn't help me I had to take it back today.

Horrible customer service. Avocado was black and rotting, order was wrong. Charged me extra for spicy waba sauce. Ladaysha helped me and she just laughed it off. I'm never coming back to this Waba again. Food hot cold trying to get my order straight and she didn't offer to make me a new bowl. No receipt given nor did they ask if I wanted one. Thumbs down to this specific Waba Grill.
good service, half of the people complain because there is a policy to buy something in order to use the restroom. stop being so damn sensitive, subway does it as well and I don't see reviews on subway about this. you want the employees to do their job and they are so stop crying ab it

You close at 6pm on Sundays not 5 pm not 530 I don't understand why the workers chose whatever they want. Like that's why this places looks empty all the time slow unpredictable unmotivated overall as a business.
