Appears to be new employee that wasn’t trained correctly and is upset with customers because it’s become to overwhelming for her to handle. A simple request of sweet & spicy chicken instead of regular chicken puts her on edge. A simple let’s put the least trained employee for the holiday she’ll figure it out.
The food is alway freshly made. The restaurant is alway clean and the service is good. Alexa took my order and she is very helpful!

This place isn't bad but they skim on the chicken alot, the Rialto location on Foothill and Cedar was my go-to spot before I moved to San Bernardino 2 years ago and they would have it packed to the top, and this spot off University makes me feel like I bought a kid's meal
