Rock hard brown rice served uncooked almost 20 bucks to eat this garbage!

Place ran out of food a hour before closing that’s so sad 😂

Waba has always been our go to, lately their quality of food has gone down. We ate hard rice:almost undercooked. The chicken slimy. They started charging for waba sauce packets like why. At least increase your quality of food, their portion size has significantly reduced. I will be looking to eat at another waba or possibly none at all.

Ran out of rice at 7pm. Didn't have broccoli. Place was pretty much closed at 7 even though online and door signs say closed at 9pm. We made substitutes at their request but the portions giving to us were tiny.

This has to be the smallest portions I’ve ever received at a WaBa grill. Every time I come they get smaller. I will not be returning!!

I walked in and the place smells like sewage. I couldn't bring myself to order. The kind worker mentioned some type of sewer issue with refusal or lack of promptness for management to fix the problem. That's unacceptable for customers and that's unacceptable to expect staff to work under those conditions. Shame on you!!!!

This is the second time we order from this location. The 1st time they didnt have steak and avocado. and today againg NO STEAK and they forgot to put avocado on one of our plates. Service was great but we were missing that avocado that we pay $2.50 for extra. If you want steak dont come to this location on Fridays they are alwasy out. We try calling several times but the phone just rings with no answer. We have learn our lesson and wont be back to this location again.

I got a chicken veggie bowl with white chicken meat and garlic Serrano sauce instead of the waba sauce. It was really good!

Always fast service and good food. Recommend not going near closing time as chicken is not as fresh and gets a bit chewy.

I saw the Boom Boom Tacos advertised and went to get 2 orders to go, 3 chicken and 3 steak to share with my wife at home. We shared each and I liked the steak better. The tacos had an oriental flavoring that I didn’t really care for. The tortillas were different.,They are reasonably priced at under $3.00 each. The cashier lacked personality and the cool was friendlier
