They have employees that just stand around y one person runs the drive thru and counter. They demand that you buy food to use restroom but that's if you can get someone to even take your order before you have an accident smh...

Absolutely the worst dinning experience in my 40 years of excitence. The manager on duty was very rude and YELLING yes Screaming to the people in line to use the kiosks and when an elderly lady said she can’t read the screen she replied with that’s a you problem not a me problem use it if you want to eat or you can go somewhere else. The soda machine was pretty much empty of every flavor. Dinning room was filthy your feet stick to the tiles and soon as you walk in the door flys buzzing around the soda fountain. They will not open the restroom for paying customers unless you give her a dollar which she puts In her back pocket. They serve dine in customers in bags no trays in the whole store which is very strange it is if they are deterring dine in customers. The guys hands that was on the grill was so filthy it looked like he came from his job as an auto mechanic before coming to make food at Wendy’s. I will be calling the health department and code enforcement immediately. Shame on this store and the so called manager on duty

Just came here because I ordered something online and when I arrived at the store location my internet went out and I had clicked off the web page. I tried to explain to the lady that I don't have a confirmation and that I ordered online and tried to show her my ID but she said there's a process and I need to show that I ordered online. My guess is they gave away my food because there's no other explanation. It should have been there at this location. The previous manager was an awesome lady by the way. The black lady you had in there but haven't seen her in a while. She actually listened instead of trying to rush people out.
They have the best value meow menu going on right now Plus one dollar any size drink Wendy's is awesome

First they almost forgot to give me my change, then when I get home the two honey buddy chicken biscuit sandwiches I ordered had no freaking meat, just biscuit!! I’m pissed!! I’ll never come here again

So I went in for the viral “Krabby Patty Meal” but what a disappointment the whole experience is for it to seem that you actually ordered at the Krusty Krab lol and not for it to wrapped as a normal Wendy’s burger. The food is good but part of the experience is for it to be wrapped and put in a SpongeBob bag as they advertised it. Might as well don’t advertise it as a Krabby Patty Meal lol. False advertising if you ask me ?
