The food was probably the worst food ive had at a wendys. There were hairs on my fries, not one, not two, but mutliple white hairs. The bacon was stringy and super chewy as if it was undercooked. The baconater overall was tasteless and didnt enjoy anything about it.

They got 1 star because I had to give something. This location is HORRIBLE! They are slow & rude and they are always messing up on your order. They NEVER! answer the phone so it's hard to address any issues once you've left. I gave the food itself 2 stars because they're a hit and miss. When it's fresh ( rare) then it is good.

After my daughter’s football game at Cajon High School, we stopped by this Wendy’s hoping for a quick bite. We arrived at **8:53 PM**, and from the moment we walked in, we weren’t greeted or acknowledged.

I asked to substitute a baked potato for fries, and the attendant **Amelia** told me to use the kiosk. I explained that the kiosk doesn’t allow substitutions, but she insisted I try anyway. After seeing for herself that it couldn’t be done, she reluctantly said she could take the order at the counter.

When we approached the counter, she told me and my daughter, **“You’re gonna have to wait,”** and deliberately made us wait—seemingly because we didn’t want to use the kiosk. It felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive.

At **9:00 PM**, she **locked the door without notifying us**, and we only realized it when we tried to leave. She didn’t acknowledge it until she saw us struggling to unlock the door.

This kind of treatment was disappointing and unprofessional. I hope management takes this seriously and provides better training in customer service and basic courtesy. We were just trying to enjoy a post-game meal, and instead left feeling disrespected.

Amelia and Alexandra were extremely rude and inconsiderate for any customers they had, especially when we were the only customers in the building. Completely ignored us and got irritated when we asked for help when ordering. No sense of professionalism and severe lack of communication skills and any customer service training. So disappointed in the poor attitude and lack of basic manners. On top of that, we waited over 10 minutes to receive any kind of help due to their ignorance and that we didn’t want to order at the kiosk because it couldn’t accommodate our order. This behavior is inappropriate, unacceptable, and inexcusable. We will not be returning back here.

Went in at lunch time approximately three customers were present, so obviously it wasn't busy ordered a simple hamburger Karma ketchup and mustard only screwed up not once, but twice. And the manager looks like she hates life entirely rude did not even apologize for the mistakes. However Marie was polite.

When I walked in and went to the counter the employees ignored me and went about their business as if I didn't exist. I don't expect them to drop everything and come running because they saw me but at least acknowledge me by saying I'll be right with you . Have you been helped? Will you be using the kiosk or app to place your order?
Something. I had to eventually stop the young lady and ask can I place an order here? She said yes I'll be right with you. That's all I ask acknowledge your customers we understand you are busy but still smile and let me know that you see me. Bad customer service but the food was good.

Went through the drive through and had to repeat my order multiple times. When I pulled up to pay the staff was gossiping, when they finally came I didn’t receive a receipt and my order was wrong and had missing items. The food was so poorly made that it fell apart once I took it out.

Went twice to this location after 7am they served me, today 8/7/2025 @7:18am girl on driverthrew tells me we are close inside i was can i take it to go, she said we are close in general inside only drive thru, I asked her but online it says open at 630am and they had served me before . I took off had to go look for another place to eat. Don't recommend this location
