We have came to this one before because it is the closest to our house but the service here is horrible! The staff is rude the manager is even worse. We were the only car in the drive thru and we were looking at the menu and the lady taking our order was rushing us . This place needs more service training

The staff is just rude.There's no point of them working in the world if they're gonna be so rude they don't never get your order, right?They don't have any receipt paper and she wants to d*** you because you tell them that they messed app on your order.They need new staffing new management

This establishment gives fake money back as change. Up to 20$ bills.They are being investigated as they were very uncooperative when given the chance to make it right. Check your receipts and bank statements if you go here bc judging by the comments and reviews I'm betting this happens often. With cash and probably cards as well, The food sucks too. They are rude and rush you. But considering they are giving back fake money that would make sense.

in an empty hall, I waited 30 minutes for a standard combo. The staff doesn't respond at all. The child almost peed himself. After 20 minutes of waiting, the child wanted to pee and I had to call at least someone for 10 minutes to open the toilet. anywhere but here.

Long line in drive thru. But only 1 clerk at counter. Bit slow going inside.Had a pomegranate salad with chicken. Good amount lits of chicken cheese apples and pecans.

The service was terrible. The lady in the drive thru rushed us through our order even though there was no cars behind us. She didn't even ask us what drink we wanted for our combo and sent us to the next window. When driving away we were talking in the car and stated that she "wasn't very nice". She said "hmm" through the drive through and proceed to be rude at the window when paying. I've been working in the fast food industry for years and would never treat a customer the way she did. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

Terrible service, I recommend not visiting this place since we ordered food and TABN fried baconator potatoes. I think the cheese is so expensive that they put about 2 pieces of cheese in it and it wasn't melted. The nuggets were all cold. I ordered TABN ghost ranch. They didn't give me a single one. . And although I tried to talk to them, they don't understand, they are people who have no respect and are too rude and are a couple of useless people. I am the owner, I run around and hire new staff and try to train them for good service since there are too many bad reviews and so on. They are ruining people's special moments.

The people working the drive thru at night are terrible. First off they're to busy laughing that they can't get the orders correct. They missed a couple items in the order so we had to go back. To top it off I ordered a baconator and I got what looked like a Jr bacon cheeseburger. Tiny little burger. This place is disappointing all due to their terrible employees working the drive thru at night. I'll drive the extra couple miles to get to another Wendy's.

I Suggest you go elsewhere the employee last night 3-15-24 -11:40 PM was mean and cruel. I told him they missed my fries ? with my burger ? he says I just dropped new fries could you park in the front waiting out there for 15 minutes in the rain. He never came out laughing with his other employees inside.I spent $40.00 dollars for a miserable experience they are very unprofessional. I will never return there again I'll go to In In out Burger where there has never been a issue for me in my life. 0 ?

I had given this location a few chances because I like showing up at different times and different days before I leave a review. So the one and only thing I can say about this place is they get the food out fast. However, that part doesn’t matter much if the order is ALWAYS wrong.The food is always cold, mainly the fries, the burgers are cold and appear to be flattened completely, and they always forget the straws. Another thing that’s seems to happen, a lot, is the attitude they give, from ordering through drive through and the way they hand you the food at the window to the way you order inside. I might give them another try in the future but at the moment this particular location is definitely not it.I don’t recommend this particular spot.
