Love the taste of their pretzels. Buttery, soft, sweet salty. They got it all. The mini dogs are my favorite! Unfortunately this is a mall outlet and it's in the midst of all the hustle and bustle. But if that doesn't bother you, then you'll be aiight. The lines are never usually outta control unless it's the holidays. Surrounding area is just the local mall shops. Nothing really to complain about! Just some good old fashioned snacks!

I came in here last Thursday to get a Pretzel dog. The Pretzel dog I got looked and tasted burnt. I am very upset as I paid almost $7 for this.

i was inland mall this saturday. the manager accusing me that i was recorded one the employees and I feel really embarrassed. caming for over 15 years to this place . never coming back again to this place i was take in picture cuz i was taking to my my girlfriend she was asking me were i was and tell her and i went to by another drink that’s when manager told me what’s doing she didn’t know what I was doing. I was talking to my girlfriend… fill so embarrassing like she’s tell like non a nice way.. she could’ve asked me before she was acting like this

Let me just start off by saying this is by FAR the MOST wonderful customer service I've ever reCIEVED !! A big thank you to VIVÍ, DAISY, ADRIANA, and LEONOR for taking care of me and my sisters and most definitely know how to treat people! They are súperstars and a big fat raise or some acknowledgment!! The restaurant was clean and well maintained ! The food was so delicious & very fresh as well as well cooked !

I came here to grab something from the mall. I couldn't help to stop at this place! Lenore noticed I was a USA veteran and gave me 1st responder discount! She made me a fresh lemonade and cinnamon bites that were amazing! I thanked them for the great food and their support! I will return back and appreciate places who give back to the community! All workers are clean and practice Covid measures.

I love wetzel's pretzels! Food: who doesn't love salty warm dough? well that's a pretzels for you! With so many flavors and dipping sauces it's hard to choose. I love that you can watch the pretzels be made right in front of you. It's nice that there are salted and unsalted options too. There's also a bunch of drinks you can try and even mini hot dogs wrapped in pretzel dough. Service: quick and efficient service. this location is in the Inland mall across from Carter's. It's not hard to find and the staff is really friendly! Price is about $5 per pretzel, which is decent for their size. It's a perfect snack when you're shopping and I always have a good experience here. Be sure to stop by and check it out! There's wifi in the mall and restrooms are located nearby. Plenty of parking outside the foodcourt and at each mall entrance.
