The food is so good but their wait times are just ridiculous especially in the drive thru. It's difficult to be able to come here on a lunch break cause it takes so long
I had such a great experience at Wienerschnitzel thanks to the amazing customer service I received from Natalia! From the moment I walked up to the window, she greeted me with such a warm and friendly attitude. It really made my day.
She was incredibly patient, answered all my questions with a smile, and made sure my order was exactly right. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, and it definitely showed in the way she interacted with customers not just me, but everyone in line. The food came out fresh and fast, and you could tell the whole place was running smoothly under good hands.
