I placed an order for delivery on 9/15/25 and did not receive my order I called and let the store know they wanted to give me store credit I did not want store credit I did not live in that area ask for a manager manager unavailable a young man that I spoke to said that a manager would call me back I made a complaint on the website no one has contacted me nor issued me a refund called back the next day spoke to another gentleman who would who refused to identify his self and then said he was the manager and they do not issue store refunds I ask for corporate's phone number he would not give it to me later that day the same gentleman I spoke to the first day called me back and said that the manager was going to issue a refund and call me back I have not been contacted or received my refund

Although this Wingstop seems to have many bad reviews from the last 2-4 years, things are much better than they were.

I’ve been going here for years now since they have been doing a management change and it’s better now. I haven’t had any ordering issues, worker issues, food issues, or time issues. I’m not sure what everyone’s problems are haha.

Sure some of the staff are new and switching around a lot and maybe are slower than you might expect but that’s what you get when the wing stop is in a college town.

Worst wing stop I’ve ever been to they have messed my order up my order 3xs already & I keep giving it a chance since it’s so close. More than half the order was missing, too many youngsters working there all they do is talk and goof around so I’m sure they get distracted & mess up your order.

Customer service was on point. Sergio was nice and friendly when he took my order. The restaurant was clean. The other workers were moving fast. The food was fresh. The fries were excellent. Everything was a very pleasant vibe 10 out of 10. I’m going back.

My boneless wings were the size of quarters literally so small. There was way too much cheese on my garlic parm wings, I mean mounds of it. And my corn was literally frozen. Terrible experience… šŸ˜”

Will never eat at any location again!!!! Ordered food online May 16th. After 1.5hrs of patiently waiting, checked on my order. They didn’t have my order ticket. Asked for a refund, was told only the GM could refund online orders and to call back next day(Saturday). Also left my name and number for them to contact me. Called corporate that Friday night as well, was told I’d hear back in 3-4days. Called the store back the next day (Saturday), GM isn’t there again. Called back Sunday, GM still isn’t there. Keep being told to call back the next day. Staff was once again rude and unhelpful and tried to hang up on me. Called corporate again that Sunday, they are still no help. Said another 3-4days. Here it is Thursday, no call back from the store, no call back from corporate, no refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! No accountability or even care that it’s been a week and they still have my money for a service and product that wasn’t rendered. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Please don’t spend your money here!
