I ordered a delivery order on the Wingstop app. My order arrived and I noticed I was missing all of my french fries and veggie sticks. I called the restaurant and was put on hold to speak to the manager. I waited on hold for nine minutes. I ended up driving to the restaurant while still on hold once I was in the restaurant. The three employees were in the back talking. After a few minutes, Dan approached the counter. I asked him if he was aware that he had a customer on hold. He told me that his employee had told him that an Uber eats customer had an issue with delivery so that wasn’t his problem. He was just going to leave me on hold, not knowing that I was not an Uber eats customer when I told him that I was missing all of my fries and veggie sticks. He asked me what I expected him to do. I advised him it was my son‘s birthday, and I had children at my house who were hoping for their fries and veggie sticks after a few minutes of going back-and-forth, he happened to look at the bags and realized that one of my bags was still on the shelf. he then told me he was going to remake them for me. Once my fries were remade, the woman handed me the bag, and I asked for my veggie sticks as well. She told me he didn’t tell me no veggie sticks and walked away in the back. The manager told her to also give me my veggie sticks, so she finally brought them out. They offered no apology no resolution. We will not be returning

The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better

We ordered wings (bone in and boneless) and corn. My husband only ate the boneless and I ate the bone in. I currently have the runs and threw up all my food. I’ve never experienced this at any other Wingstop. 🤢

The food here is great, I do love the food. However! Everytime I put in an online order my food is never ready when it’s time to pick it up. This time I submitted an order at 1PM to pick up for 515PM I get there at the arrival time to even pass the arrival time at 530PM and I still had to wait!!! Also another thing this location does is always miss an item from my order. I’ve excused it the other times but this time I’m just not seeing any progress at all. They forgot to put my corn in my order. Hopefully things change however I’m done with this location and the employees that work here.

This place sucks and I hate coming to this location. You have well done option when ordering online and wings are always half cooked. There will be 6 people in the kitchen all just sitting there not helping at the register . This place needs to do better or hire better workers

Horrible!! Payed 50$ for some dry no sauced wings. Got 3 different flavors and all of them barely had any sauce or seasoning. Not to sure if they paying you guys in sauce cause Got dam you guys are greedy with seasoning and sauce. Fries were okay lol Save your money or go to another wingstop. But it is SB location so I can expect much

Have gotten food poison a few times. Got wings last night because of the $.80 a wing deal. Big mistake, have been sick all night and this morning. Someone is not washing their hands or you guys are serving bad food.
