This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said...

Only thing I didn't like is when you order a line they do not tell you when your order is done ??‍♀️ and there should always be napkins in the bag no matter how much someone orders

Parking: I came after hours all the other businesses were closed so I could only imagine if all the other businesses were open it's not a very big parking lot but it's not small
