This place needs some structure.
I got skipped in line like I was invisible.
The soda machine was down, and they only had Hi-C.
The food was cold, and I only live 5 minutes away.
It's a good location, I know Wingstop can do better, it's just the structure that's missing.

Mixed bag. Been there a few times (not quite a handful), the food is usually o.k. though my last visit I got mild food poisoning/salmonella. The area is not great, there are usually homeless people just outside asking for handouts so I typically get it to-go.

This Wingstop needs to be shut down. They have the most rudest nastiest people working in there. I’m scared to order food from this Wingstop. Definitely the girl Bianca rude disrespectful the tall, black lady rude disrespectful.

They don’t know how to follow instructions every time I order something I have missing items. Paid for three ranches one time and didn’t get not one. Then i didn’t receive all my wings and they talking bout they can’t do nothing about it, but yall made the mistake and didn’t give me my complete order will not be ordering from them anymore.

I am so glad i live nearby this amazing place, i also remember when i asked them where the straws were but i was so blind i couldnt see them next to me😅 the food is Very juicy and crunchy LOVE IT!!!

This is one of the worst wingstop locations to visit. The staff is truly rude and doesnot want to work. I had been waiting for about 35 mins before i get my order called out and it was set aside on the metal table where i couldnt reach my food. They again got busy chatting and adding fries while i was standing there with my receipt. I called them twice only to be turned down. One of the staff member said they called out the names, now i will have ti wait until they finish their work. Truly a very bad experience never going to this placw again in my life. Also the staff doesnot have name tags, soo cannot provide the name. General description is she was black about 6 feet tall, looks like an upside down bottle, no hair on the head wears a wig, also has a very nasty attitude like she runs the place.

Placed my order was ready in 10 mins and was so good! I was very surprised how great everything tasted it is in a pretty sketchy spot but overall would come back

I placed an order and called immediately afterward to cancel due to it being the wrong location. I was on hold for about ten minutes before someone answered. When I explained that I wanted to cancel, I was placed on hold again.

When what I assume was the manager answered, I repeated that I’d like to cancel my order. Before even asking for my name or order details, she said, “It’s too late — your order is ready.” I explained that I called right after placing my order and that my confirmation email stated I could cancel. She told me she would need to contact the district office to request a refund, which could take 5–7 days. I said that was fine and that I just wanted the refund.

She then repeated that I needed to pick up my order and she hung up on me.

I called again to confirm my refund request, and another host answered. She was polite. I’m not sure why the previous manager reacted the way she did, it shouldn’t be this difficult to request a simple refund. Based off other reviews, I presume I will not be getting my refund back. Sounds like the company is committing fraud. If you pay for a service and don't receive it, that's fraud and I am sure the employee's are enjoying the food too.

I placed my order at 5:09pm to be scheduled for 6pm. I got there on the dot only to be told at 6:12pm that my order was still being made. At 6:31 my order was ready but the employee that was so called helping was too busy to hand me my order due to a long call on the phone. I left at 6:39pm. The employee did not have a name tag and did not provide a name on my bag but a letter J for “flavor expert” very smart on their part to not get called out. Bad service and ugly attitudes from employees. Not worth it, never coming back to this dirty, slow, location that doesn’t even care for your food. Overall my food was give correctly but cold for just a long wait and for it to be given late. Do better.

It’s a hit or miss that they will have your order correct I would strongly suggest that you double check your order before leaving happen to me when I Oder the deal 20 for 20 wings with three different flavors and only got two flavors correct and one was a mystery. I don’t know what it was
