They need to fire the manager food cold and missing items

I never written a review but ordered DoorDash from here, a 10 piece wing combo, the fries were left over fries and cold and I only received 7, which had not been the right flavors I picked. I work In fast food so I was not expecting this, may not order here again I believe It needs Improvement and better work ethic to make sure all orders are complete and not halfway done, I was grateful to get a refund. The worst wings I’ve ever had.
They were completely dry, overcooked, and honestly inedible. I couldn’t even finish them. Very disappointing — I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re craving good wings.

I don't know if I've noticed all Wingstops' having TVs and playing games, but this one does which is awesome. Food was out hot and fresh. The fries were extra crispy, an issue I've had at Wingstops before. The staff was knowledgeable of the menu and helpful. I'd recommend this wingstop to others!

Came in today had ordered wanted to redeem the free fry so I did a survey and when I came into the store to redeem my free fry I was told “ today wasn’t the day for the free fry “ the same lady that told me that had another co worker lie to me and tell me to order the fry online and put in the promo code and it didn’t work.. the customer service was horrible they wanted me out so fast made me feel like I wasn’t important. I also do uber eats and I asked for a water because it’s a bit hot out today and it was an automatic “ we have no water cups “ without hesitation.. you guys seriously need to train your staff more with customer service and hospitality because you guys lost a good customer for life

In my 3 years of coming to this wing stop the place is unorganized. The employees always look like they are scrambling. The management is nonexistent.
They always get my order wrong and on top of all that, every time I call in an order they tell me It will be ready in 15 minutes. I call at 7pm and my food isn't ready until 8pm I'm stuck sitting there for 45 min. EVERY SINGLE TIME, never fails. This will be my last time here
