They forgot items in the order, when it got here it was cold. The wings tasted salty and overcooked. I had to drive to get the rest of the order. I tried calling before I left but they left me on hold for 15 minutes. That's when I done drove intead. Terrible place to eat. Would not reccomended at all.

ORDERED EXTRA CRISPY, RECEIVED UNDER COOKED WITH NO TASTE AT ALL! EXTREMELY CROWDED & SEVERAL GUESS HAD CAME BACK IN WITH WRONG ORDERS. HAD TO COME HOME & PUT IN AIR FRYER. FIRE THE COOK FOR THAT NIGHT OF, 02/14/2025! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED & DISSATISFIED
Parking: PARKING LOT WAS FULL & NOWHERE TO PARK CLOSE TO THE RESTAURANT. IM HANDICAP & THERE WAS 1 SPACE & IT WAS TAKEN BY SOMEONE WHO HAD NO PLACARD OR LICENSE PLATE STICKER

No ranch when you paid for two, they didn’t give me my drink When you pay for a large, this is ridiculous. It’s always something at the San Bernardino location off of Del Rosa.

I made my order they prepared it but then left order on a shelf for over a half an hour then insulted after I was more than patient I'll never eat here again avoid the host Antonia.

The worst place, I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up it was not there, I had to wait an hour for them to give it to me, last time I went to that place 👎🏽

I’ve never written a negative review in my life. The service here is the worst I have ever experienced. There was a game Friday and I wanted to order wings for my friends. I came in and it was very busy understandably so. This is why I did a mobile order. It was never ready and I was ignored. I waited 15 minutes and left. I called customer service twice for a refund and was promised a refund within 7 business days. 2 months later nothing. I called twice the establishment again letting Alicia the manager know my experience. She went on a huge ego trip and was incredibly rude and condescending. She was not helpful at all and tried to get me off the phone as soon as possible. She eventually hung up on me without a refund after promising one earlier in the conversation. I love wings but I think she ruined Wingstop for me permanently. I didn’t think much about reviews before so I didn’t mind their 3 stars. Lesson learned, if a place has low reviews there has to be a reason why.

Worst customer service , do not recommend this location at all. I’ve order online several times and they never have the order ready as stated on the order they’ll have you wait another 30 minutes after you’ve came to pick up to receive your order and to what makes it worse they do not offer a refund in store. They tell you the refund will take up to 7 business days. Their cooperate office won’t even bother getting back to you

Dirty , they are slow , bad customer service, i was standing in front ready to place my order , took them like 10 mins before anybody came to help me. By then i already had placed my order thru the app . Got my order 23 mins after the time that is was supposed to be ready.

Very slow and employees don’t seem to care about customer service. But I did hear about one of their boyfriend troubles haha. That was more important. Meal took 37 minutes to come out.

Thursday Dec. 17. This location obviously closes at 12 am, showed up around 11:20 pm after a night out, but we did not appreciate the terrible attitude the girl at the front counter had with us so we did not end up getting anything. We walked in and she said "its 11:21 and you better not take your damn time ordering because I'm only doing boneless orders."
Please work on getting this particular employee to have a better attitude. We all have bad days I understand, and it was late but there was still plenty of time before closing. Even so its unacceptable to speak someone that way.

This is probably the worst experience I’ve had at a Wingstop. The employees are super rude and when asked a question all they do is roll their eyes and mutter under their breathe. I saw a girl drop a corn and pick it up from the floor. Didn’t even want to eat my food after seeing that. I waited about 45 minutes for a order I placed online. It’s ridiculous. Once again the customer service here is totally unacceptable and unprofessional, they definitely need better training or better management. 0/0
