There’s a reason why Ye Old Lamplighter has been in business for over 55 years. Established in 1965, this restaurant provides a welcoming atmosphere reminiscent of family gatherings. The low-lit dining experience is complemented by solid service and delectable plates that will delight your taste buds. The menu features an array of dishes, including steaks, salmon, and fish and chips, each expertly prepared. Be sure to order a dirty martini, which is highly recommended. Special recognition is due to our server, Amanda, and the owner, Dave, who is actively engaged with his guests. This establishment is certainly worth a visit.

Safe family atmosphere!
Holy cow - what fun! An extended 1st cousin’s dinner for 11 - and I picked up the bill! $288 for 11 adults (excluding alcohol) was the total. Another 1st cousin picked up the bar tab. Everyone enjoyed full dinners with steaks/chicken/ribs etc. Old school steak house with traditional choices - no California cuisine here! Everyone loved their dinners and the steaks were excellent. Highly recommend. Free off-street parking.
Worst experience ever. The salmon was tasty but the next day my friend and I were slammed with gut issues. Days later he spiked a 107 fever and I’ve been sick for weeks with gut issues. We both ended up on antibiotics for an ameoba and we 1000% got it for this restaurant. Likely from the beef but it’s hard to say. I’m miserably on a course of antibiotics and regret eating the soup and any beef. Either that or the kitchen must be dirty.

First of all, the food was divine. Especially the New York style cheesecake. The waitress was so kind and was very patient with us. The place just had an overall amazing vibe.

The best steakhouse in San Bernardino. Where the steaks are so tender you don't need teeth to chew on it. Ye Olde Lamplighter a must try restaurant.
The kitchen is always busy cooking some amazing food. The food is always cooked to perfection. The staff is very friendly and attentive, they also have great drinks.
I would generally include recommendations, but you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu, that includes side dishes and dessert. Every item on the menu is delicious and quality of food is incredibly consistent. The ambience is warm and cozy. I absolutely highly recommend anybody to come try this steakhouse.
Ye Olde Lamplighter offers classic comfort food in a nostalgic, old-school setting that feels like a step back in time. Friendly service and hearty meals make it a local favorite!

Hands down one of the best meals of Prime Rib I have ever had. Cozy little bar and restaurant. Clam chowder was also very good.
Nothing but beautiful old souls here and Cindy's voice was crafted beautifully by God himself! Staff food and drinks were amazing!

My gma is home bound so I asked if they could do a to-go order in a way I could bring the dining experience to her. They really went over and above with kind words and making sure I had everything I needed. The food was absolutely delicious and my gma was so impressed!!!! We’ll be back
