Middle of the day machines are down for cleaning. The new staff this summer are really bad. Very disrespectful team. The manager is a joke. You walk in and no one is working is visible. They are all in the back hiding and talking. Floors aren’t very clean.
No plain tart how on earth
Place is always clean when we've gone. They have various new flavors
This place is a really crappy place to go to. The worker and the manager can go to hell for letting her touch my son's hand like that. Apparently it's not illegal for a worker to grab a kids hand. I hope karma hits her twice as bad especially my son being autistic she had no right grabbing his hand like that. Karma will come and get you twice as bad. Don't recommend people coming in here with younger kids when she's working.
Best place to take the kids they love it.
I took my godson to this place. He was excited to pick the flavors. I noticed there were not a lot of flavors. I hoped next time that this place has more flavors. I was able to choose different flavors for while. The staff was nice and friendly. Again, I hope that I would visit again.
Great service and such nice workers! The 3 young ladies that worked tonight had to deal with a very rude “Karen” that was making a scene and yelling at the cashier who looked like a minor!! The way that they stayed respectful and kind to her was beyond anything I could’ve done! And even after the whole situation they still made sure to tell me to have a great night. Just all around beautiful ladies!
I came around 8:30 and 3 machines where turn around half of the lobby is closed we couldn’t sit there due that the chairs are put away. The girls there are really rude. Worst service ever.
Love it, my kids love it

It's a late post but I visited this store in hopes to get icecream. But you guys turn your machines around this seams to be a on going issues that the owner doesn't want to deal with ... it's sad how you handle your busines I would rather take my business somewhere else before I walk into your store again
This is no ordinary ice cream people this is yogurt soft serve smooth chilled to the song yogurt ice cream yogurt that is in Waves by the pound to cup size pile it on or keep it light a nice variety of different soft-serve flavors and a huge variety okay not huge but a really nice size of toppy variety everywhere from Sweet Treats to healthy fruity explosions they even have boba if that's your thing 3 regular size cups filled halfway to the top with all the goodies only 17 bucks not bad and the kids love to make their own easy to reach handles and sample cups to try it so don't be sticking your fingers in there they keep nice fresh Cool Water by the door you can get thirsty with all that yummy goodness if you haven't tried Yogurtland get down there ASAP it's the best treat to cool your tongue in this heat I went to say come are the cheap day cuz we got a couple of dollars to really pile it on it's totally worth it
Came is 2 hours before closing time and 4 machines were already turned because they had been “cleaned.” That being 8 different flavors unavailable. And the only other 3 machines working didn’t even have all the flavors filled. We counted 9 people leave in the 15mins we were there because of the lack of flavors available. While the girl who charged us was friendly, it’s pointless to stay open if you are going to do this early on ,especially on weekend.
Yogurtland San Bernardino is ok.
The store isn't well maintained as it's very messy/dirty, especially around the toppings area.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
The yogurt is yummy.
They just need to do some wipe downs in between so it doesn't look so messy/dirty.
