I usually like to write good reviews, but this time I feel it’s important to let management know what’s going on at this Yum Yum Donuts location.
When I walked in, the place was completely unorganized — there was no clear line, no system for helping customers in order, and everyone seemed confused. I had to ask the staff myself where the line even was. Other customers were visibly upset too, with some of them telling others where to stand because the staff didn’t bother.
Even worse, the kitchen staff laughed it off as if it was funny that we were frustrated with the chaos. They gave some customers order numbers, but not others — including me.
On top of all that, I overheard the staff speaking badly about customers in Spanish. I might look white, but I am Mexican, and I speak, read, and write Spanish fluently. Hearing that kind of disrespect toward paying customers was disgusting.
This was unprofessional, unorganized, and disappointing. Sadly, this will be the last time I give this location my business.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes some much-needed changes to improve customer service and professionalism here.
