The customer service is outstanding I purchased a turkey avocado sandwich and they gave me it on the wrong bread. Instead of coming back I talk to you Maria the manager and she apologized for the inconvenience and said to come back and she would gladly replace it I came back the next day and I got it replaced and she also gave me several donuts for free I felt that she went above and beyond regular customer service her performance was outstanding she handled it like a pro I highly...

I was running late and dreaded going to this God awful place. The last time I was there the service and food was awful. The women seemed angry and annoyed that I didn’t speak Spanish. Anyway went in today and Andrea Aka morning donut angel ? on the morning shift 4a was such a ray of sunshine! I was SO grateful and relieved. She really knows what she’s doing! I hope she’s in management because she has such a kind spirit and as soon as she walked in things...

Great place to be, eat and they have a great variety of choices for a donut shop. Only gave 4 out of 5 due to the sausage bagel not really having too much flavor, but they are great portions and the the donuts are amazing
