I normally would never complain about this place but seeing the face of a disappointed child makes it much easier to complain. My niece has food allergies, particularly allergic to butter. At Serramonte, the crew there were willing to make us a plain pretzel with no butter with salt. This team members on this day, not so much. And their excuse you ask? According to the young lady, " We are closing in an hour so we can't make you anything." Not a good excuse. We were potential customers and you were not even giving a care cuz of protocol or plain laziness? My niece still loves Auntie Anne's. Just not this one...
Waited 10 minutes for their pepperoni pretzels to be ready, only to come back and find that they hadn't made anything. Despite the ladies working there being sweet, they're oblivious to just about everything lol.
