It's a generic burger king with a drive through. The only small issue is that ordering from drive through might take a bit longer compared to other fast food drive through.

Upon entering the location today, I said good morning to the cashier. She ignored me, didn’t say anything. Then while ordering, she kept talking over me and had a rude attitude the whole time. After ordering my sandwich, I received it and it looked partially chewed up and damaged, inedible. I brought my sandwich to the front counter and tried to get the cashier’s attention. She kept ignoring me. After the third time of me trying to get her attention, she snapped and said “can’t you see I’m busy?” If you’re busy that’s fine, you could’ve said “I’ll be with you in a moment,” but she chose to ignore me until she got an attitude. Horrible customer service skills. She took my damaged sandwich without even apologizing about it, threw it in the trash, and eventually did give me another sandwich, but by that point, I didn’t even want to eat there anymore. I’m not sure what the rudeness and hostility was about, but I will not be going back to this Burger King location again. I’m very disappointed in this location’s service. Very pathetic.

Did a Mobile order yet had to wait over 20mins in the drive thru. No body talked to me for 10mins and then waited for my dinner at the window for another 10 or so mins

I went to pick up a food order and they didn't kick me out, they didn't give me the complete order and they made me have problems with the customer because the customer thought I had eaten the order, but in the restaurant they didn't kick me out. They didn't give me the order as it should be. What bad service from these people who work in that business, and they always take a while to serve people, it's up to you to tell them that they can serve you or else they act crazy and don't serve you.

This is the only Burger King that makes you pay for sauces. And fries taste like the oil wasn't changed in years, burned and bitter. Adding to that, the rude attitude of the cashier lady. Just horrible...stay away
