First thought there was a drive-through. Second, the fish sandwich was a little stale, but still edible. Onion rings were great. I asked for no pickles on the fish sandwich but I got pickles. I checked the receipt and the receipt said no pickles. Have a nice day.

Clean restaurant, courteous service, and good food. A young man that was about to clock out greeted me and checked up on my mobile app order with the front end manager. Then the manager verified my order number, made sure it was being made, and thanked me for patiently waiting for the order. Really nice people here at this location. I wish to convey that my customer service adventure here was great. Sometimes bad service makes me wonder where all the ‘good ones’ went. Then I go to a spot like this and I’m able to see that good hardworking people who take customer service seriously still do exist. Thanks again for a pleasant fast food experience!!

Upon entering the location today, I said good morning to the cashier. She ignored me, didn’t say anything. Then while ordering, she kept talking over me and had a rude attitude the whole time. After ordering my sandwich, I received it and it looked partially chewed up and damaged, inedible. I brought my sandwich to the front counter and tried to get the cashier’s attention. She kept ignoring me. After the third time of me trying to get her attention, she snapped and said “can’t you see I’m busy?” If you’re busy that’s fine, you could’ve said “I’ll be with you in a moment,” but she chose to ignore me until she got an attitude. Horrible customer service skills. She took my damaged sandwich without even apologizing about it, threw it in the trash, and eventually did give me another sandwich, but by that point, I didn’t even want to eat there anymore. I’m not sure what the rudeness and hostility was about, but I will not be going back to this Burger King location again. I’m very disappointed in this location’s service. Very pathetic.
