Great place to kill a couple of hours with your kids
I’m a monthly pass holder for over 5 months and staff have always been great.
Yesterday December 7, 2025 we decided to host our kids birthday with about 10 people including the kids and babies. We had gotten the mega package includes a person to be with you at all times it says etc etc.
I’ve been there multiple times and know sometimes their understaff and I’m a person where i don’t mind to clean myself, which i was doing as well.
We had two people that were suppose to help us while we’re there, i believe the guys name was Aaron and Emma.
Aaron was checking in on us helping us etc, Emma would just not be anywhere most of the time. As i go to pay Emma was the one to help me check out, she even said when handing me the check “Tip is not included” so as i go to the register and pay i ask her “hey what would be better cash or card for the tip”, straight to go says cash. I don’t mind as i know tips would be appreciated. My total to pay in cash was $33.34 i give her an $100 bill. She literally tried to not give me back my change $66.66. I then ask “her hey my change ? “And gives me a nasty attitude. I still proceed to leave $26 bucks because like i said i was still the one cleaning, cutting the cake etc, i even cleaned up after eating. As i ask to go in the ticket blaster starts to give me a snarky attitude even yells at my two nieces. I let it go.
I go to get my babies tickets combined because they just gave me a receipt for the tickets he won in the machine. She had a customer and as soon as the customer finishes she proceeds to not want to help me at all. She is literally standing in the register trying to avoid helping me at all while my little one was there excited as well. I’ve been there before and i know i can combine. My tickets into one card and she refused to help me. Check the camera around 3:35 and you can see clearly her not busy at the register trying to avoid helping us.
First of all my whole tip shouldn’t be split with her because she didn’t do anything much just take an order.
If my package came out to $140 with my discount, and i gave $26 i gave you the 18% and the fact that you still decided to not give me back my change after i had to ask twice for it is crazy !
If your hosting a party at Chuck E. Cheese be warned of the blonde girl named Emma. If you don’t leave her a 65% tip lol
I regret giving her the tip should’ve gave it started to the guy that actually helped.
Chuck E. Cheese do better with that kind of staff, it was ridiculous.
The place is small compared to other places and has few games, but the service is very good and they are very attentive to people.
Slightly understaffed when busy, but still a great place! The food was decent. Was tempted to minus one star due to lack of animatronic band, but they had big screen tvs with Chucky cheese cast member videos instead.
Last time I went, there was a lot of broken down games, but my son still had a blast. More recently, they clearly turned over the broken games and got new games including a trampoline!
He loves chuck ❤️
Not much different from other Chucky e cheese locations. Food options limited. Loud. Not very clean. So if you have to come here, smile and tolerate. 🤪
I was there over the Labor Day weekend and the staff didn't seem like they wanted to be there by their service. I was there for a bday party and the staff was so stingy with their plates as if it was gold. I get it that you had to work a holiday weekend but you got 1.5x pay? Also some machines were broken and said to see attendant to get additional ticket. When I ask they say they were added but they weren't as I checked my kid's card before and after playing. I didn't bother asking them for it as it seemed like it wouldn't go anywhere.
It's ok to take the kids to enjoy it!
It's so small now

Hosting a kids birthday this is a fine choice. For all other reasons you should avoid it. The pizza is barely mid, and if you spend too much time here, you’ll go insane.
Not a big selection on games but was fun overall and the kids had a great time.
Let's be honest. The pizza isn't cheap. And taste horrible..

The pizza portion is insanely smaller than other place, ordered chicken wing charged me 20 dollars something but only 6 pieces, the portion is insanely small, they don’t allow outside food, but they don’t give you enough food for the price. We are large party have 24 people need to keep ordering food. They made food very slow, don’t go to chunk e cheese for a party during lunch time or dinner time! And the employees there are slow, and sometime has attitude! The experience is not so pleasure!

Expected to get junk food but not rude service. Food was made & sitting on the kitchen counter. The staffs forgot to notify us. I asked after 20 mins and a girl told me to go in the kitchen to grab it myself. I told her the food is probably child by now and she said that it's totally fine.
After eating and playing. We tried to collect the prizes with our tickets. Another family was waiting in front of us. After waiting for 5 minutes, the staff used the PA speaker telling us the prize counter is closed. We left with cold food, bad service, and a sad kid with no prizes.
We just felt like these youngsters who work there have no motivation or any respects towards their work at all. So sad to see the next generations acting that way.
