the best service from a young Colombian who had the tension and patience to serve me more than 6 different ice creams, very good and the place was

Went in today and the person helping us gave us the tiniest samples when asked to try a new flavor. Once I ordered my ice cream I ordered mix ins and he gave us the smallest amount possible - there’s barley any mix ins and he left one out all together. I asked for mini chocolate chips and there are very few compared to other times I have ordered the same mix ins and he just left out the almonds all together. I guess they are trying to same money by giving out a laughable size sample ( like picture the sample spoon but they only dip the smallest corner into the flavor then wipe off any that might be hanging over the soon onto the carton) and using half the amount of mix ins. Will not visit the tanforan location again

We were welcome today by an enthusiastic guy, that prepared 3 ice cream at perfection, we have been eating cold stone everywhere in the Bay, but this guy give us the real experience he also make tricks with the spatula and the ingredients.

Cold stone is dropping the ball today. We’d been promising our 5 year old coldstone for days. Finally my bf and I had the day off together so we first went to the Daly City one on junipers Serra. Closed. 5yr old melts down. Bf drives us all the way to San Bruno coldstone. Closed. This one at least was nice enough to have a sign that said “closed today”. The one in DC was just straight up dark and we ended up standing around waiting for them to open for 20min (they said they opened at noon, we got there at 1230 and stood outside for another 20min). So frustrated. My poor kid is so sad.

Pretty good ice cream. Consistency was a bit mushy and the price for toppings is a bit much. Their signatures make it easy it order and taste pretty good.

I made an order through the grubhub app to pick up and not have to wait and not wait in line, the app informed me to pick up at 7:55pm I arrived at the staff and asked cim to get my order that I asked for by grubhub, she told me I arrived too early and I had to wait 20 more minutes, the online orders were created to facilitate and not waste time on lines, I pay more on my order just to not lose time on lines

My favorite place to enjoy delicious ice cream ? they have a great variety, excellent quality.

It's amazing how they let you see what their doing instead of not showing you what their doing to your ice cream, The ice cream cakes are very yummy, And would definitely be going there again.

This place is horrible. Called 3 times for a cake for someone birthday and they sold my cake to someone else. The problem is that I called 3 times and I went to 5 stores looking for a specific cake and when I got there they sold my cake to someone else and that is why I am leaving this bad review for them. They need better staff at this store that actually speaks English. The woman and man that was there was very unprofessional. They need to hire people that understand the customers.

Good ice cream. Uncomfortable seating situation inside. They should spruce this place up a bit. I will stick with Sprinkles Cupcakes & Ice Cream.
