$10 for the smallest size bizzard is outrageous. Never again

They don't have any hamburgers or anything like that here at this Dairy Queen they only have hot dogs and they were dry and old. Feeling a little disappointed.

Tempted by the best dipped cones anywhere! Loved the shop next door.

$10 for a mini blizzard everywhere else in the world it's $5.99

I got 1 icecream which came out to be 14 dollars and it was horrible it was only good for 3 bites then the rest of it was horrible.

Don’t get a blizzard here. It’s going to be soft serve only.

Blizzard is melting, non-frozen. very watery. Very expensive. This place does allow Dairy Queen rewards as well. I would never come back again.

I frequent this place a lot since I have an art studio close by. The blizzards are great but as of recently the supervisor ( Filipino woman ) who has never been friendly, has denied serving me by stating every time she has no chocolate ice cream. Now I know this can happen but every time I try to order she says we have no chocolate. I began to suspect she was being dismissive and lying to me so I waited until she left and approached when one of the other employees were working and guess what ? They did have chocolate and the young man working looked confused when I mentioned to him the supervisor has been telling me they don’t have any chocolate. Not sure why she is doing this but can guarantee she is not looking out for the owners by turning away business because her ego is more important. Seriously this lady bad for the business. Ownership needs to speak with her.

Customer service was terrible. I had to shout out my order over the music that was blasting. On top of that the worker was very dry and unfriendly. I couldn’t even get a smile for my business just a “huh”sent my way when I couldn’t be heard over her favorite playlist. Took my business elsewhere, why pay those outrageous prices for rudeness.

Never open the stated hours - the staff will leave whenever they please. Not friendly in the rare event they’re actually working. A shame, because it’s the only Dairy Queen in the peninsula/SF.

Tried to support this place but couldn't believe a small orange julius was $10 and it wasn't even good.
