“I've been to a couple Shari's locations, mostly up in the northern parts of California and have always had a positive experience and impression. This particular spot was no different and in fact, have not enjoyed a Shari's more than this one location.

The premises are great, yeah, a bit dated, but clean and the views from here are spectacular. It is an easy on & off place from the freeway in a not too congested part of town.

The service was spot on and the food that me and my buddy had was good. Seriously, there was nothing to complain about. And so to those who expected more from a chain restaurant, I don't know what you were envisioning, but I think you'd have to recalibrate your expectations.

These folks did a great job with our food, efficient service and providing a good atmosphere. I'd definitely put this place on my regular rotation now that my friend introduced me to it.

So here's a solid 4-star rating. Good luck Shari's and my best hopes for your continued success.“

“It can be a shock if you see "family service" pop-up on your caller ID, but this time it was a wonderful call (after I realized who was calling). No, it was not some horrible thing concerning my son, but wonderful people who helped me out of a predatory loan on my car (which contributed to a disastrous bout of homelessness and financial crisis for my family), gave me financial classes that, by age 39, actually taught me a few new and usefull things, and also helped me finally figure out how to be a "saver" in our commercialized world, which seems like common sense but is actually quite difficult in a consumer nation, if not impossible when raising kids! They are helping me come to common budgeting terms with my husband which we just couldn't tackle before, and I hope for a lot more good to come. These people care, and have practical programs and support that actually work for people, - and it is rare to find people who really are excited to help you, go above and beyond the call to do it, agenuinely care, and (let's face it) give hope and humanity when the world may be confronting you with many people who can't or don't seem to care, validate, or treat people with the dignity they deserve. Kuddos to anyone who supports these guys, and they themselves for putting this awesome group together. They could easily just run this office like another cog in the bureaucratic machine, BUT THEY DON'T! Yay! Thanks, guys. You're help has helped ME help my family.“
