Gintei Japanese restaurant is a classy sushi place with a simple Japanese decor and intimate ambience. The omakase set is a must-try, featuring fresh sushi pieces selected by the chef at reasonable prices. The sweet shrimp and amber jack are favorites, while the flown-in from Japan Otoro and Wagyu A5 torched nigiri are also highly recommended. The sashimi tasting plate is fabulous, showcasing a variety of fresh fish, including toro. The sake flight pairs well with the set, offering options from sweet to dry. Although parking can be a challenge, the service is attentive and knowledgeable, with staff explaining each fish and garnish when asked.
