I have been to many IHOPs, especially to the ones in SF, SSF, DC, by far this is the best IHOP you can go to in terms of food, service and everything. Most IHOPs I been to aren’t as good as this one.
Jessica has been holding it down for so long as she always welcomes you with warmth and a nice smile! The service is amazing, the food I always cooked right and they never get the orders wrong nor do they take too long to take your order or make the food, they simply value your satisfaction.
Personally I like supporting smaller local business especially because I own one down the street, but this IHOP deserves that same kind of love.

Our server, John, was absolutely amazing — without exaggeration, it was the best service I’ve ever had. Super friendly, easygoing, and attentive — you don’t get this kind of service even in many high-end restaurants.
The food was very good — simple, fresh, and delicious. The only small downside was the tiny fruit bowl for $6, which felt a bit overpriced. If I had known the price, I probably wouldn’t have ordered it. Other than that, everything was perfect — I’d happily come back!

It was my first time at an IHOP and couldn't had a better experience! The combo plate with pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage and hashbroens was delicious! Our waiter was very kind and welcoming! I would definitely return to this place!

First time I went my bacon and hash browns were made on a griddle that hadn’t properly been cleaned, covered in a dirty grease. Second time my pancakes were completely raw batter in the middle. Service was very good both times.

I honestly don’t leave reviews unless it’s a really good or really bad experience. I can’t believe I’m leaving a review on an IHOP, but, this place was amazing. Food was great, place was very clean, but wow. Service was really amazing. Better than most very fancy and expensive restaurants. Really, really great. This place is exceptionally well run.
