Things were in a bit of a disarray. Espresso machine was down so I asked if I could use a personal cup for a coffee Americano with sproud (pea-based milk). Barista filled my cup with hot water and then rebrewed the coffee because there were grounds in it. It only took a few minutes, and she was very apologetic. Then she poured the coffee into a disposable cup because she misunderstood what I wanted in my personal cup. A bit frustrating. #Veganuary
Drip coffee was sour and bitter. Putting enough sugar to mask it made it sickly sweet. The pastries were just sugar, the muffins were very sticky. It was all thrown away it was so bad.
The employees didn't interact with the customers. It wasn't because they were busy but because they were gossiping about other employees.

Kind of an interesting place but the "Joes club" sandwich is primo. (Think Char-Grilled flatbread chicken breast tomatoes avocado and a little zesty seasoning)
Service hasn't been anything special as you feel like more of an inconvenience when trying to order - but the food is where it's at. (Chocolate protein shake is pretty good too - albeit vegetarian or something)

The serrano sandwich was good, but would’ve been better if it was served hotter. The gentleman at the cashier was very helpful!

I never leave reviews but the sandwich (Joe’s club) was the worst I’ve ever had. The bread was burnt and there wasn’t much in it. $16.64 for something that made me feel more hungry than when I started.

Service was so bad. I was standing there the two girls did t acknowledge me, one had headphones in. Then I said “hey there.”
She literally yelled from across the shop “what would you like” with her hand up. I couldn’t make out what she was saying cause she had a face mask on.
Then just slopped up the absolute worst coffee like she could care less. I’m not sure what I did to ruin her day. I don’t usually leave reviews but this experience at this place to get an $8 latte pushed me over the edge lol

The pick me up smoothie was good here. My sister and I both had one and we both agreed it was good.
They also sell other beverages like coffee for example.

The food is okay but the service attitude is bad. I saw them throwing food and talking to each other. Just making 1 sandwich but 3 people making it is too much because it's not done quickly and they're still talking to each other. I won't buy food here anymore.

Just tried to buy two cappuccinos for my wife and myself, with my last dollar bills, before boarding. However this establishment 'doesn't do cash'. Also a long waiting time, despite absence of other customers.
Food is ok. Service was terrible. They didn't seem to be interested in customers at all. While taking our order the staff started talking to each other and we had to wait until we could keep on ordering. Also very unfriendly. It felt like we were a disturbance. Will never go there again.

Sandwiches are very small compared to the prices.
Taste is ok but nothing special.
