First, this review is overdue. I have been coming to Kiss My Boba for at least two years. Whenever my grandchildren from Hayward visit, they always want to come to Kiss My Boba. Simply put, the boba drinks are the best. I have tried boba drinks that are made from powder and they are terrible. These are fresh and if you order one with fruit, you can actually taste the fruit. The ambience is inviting, and the staff is friendly. Hands down, the best boba place there is. So glad they are located in San Bruno.

I don’t normally write reviews but this was interesting. Took a chance on this place at random while on the way to the airport. Big mistake. Couple of things, friend ordered no sugar in drink because they are diabetic. Made sure to ask the person making it about making sure there was no sure and assure us there wasn’t. Only to get the drink back that tasted sugary and when asked they said it was the base of the tea mix which we made sure to ask about before ordering. Otherwise wouldn’t have. No apologies or anything. She just looked bothered we were asking about it in the first place. 2. It was near 20 min to make just 4 simple drinks. And we were the only ones in the store during that time too. So they weren’t busy. But There were two what I assume were employees sitting on the side. One got up to even make a drink for herself and went to sit back down. It wasn’t until we got up to ask for how much longer it would take for the other Person to ask the other person making the drinks if she needed help.
I wouldn’t have minded as much for these things if the drinks were even good. Even asking for less sugar it was overly sweet and the bobas taste old and super chewy. And the hot drinks were like warm but taste burnt at the same time

Had the brown sugar milk tea with boba. The boba had a really nice texture, chewy and on the softer side, which I really like. Will go back and try more drinks!

Got one of their specialties, the Tongan Mango Otai. The 16oz baby size is more than enough - it tastes like a thinner mango lassi, but with pulped mango and shreds of coconut. Tasty. Wish there was an option to adjust the sweetness level, since it was a bit too sweet for my tastes.

Love this place for boba. It’s different (in a great way) in the sense that it has a Pacific Islander influence. The Tongan Mango Otai is my favorite. They have photos with the drink names if you need help envisioning what the drinks are. Great little spot with even better music always playing. Staff are always nice. There is a parking lot, but also plenty of street parking all the time.
The people are so sweet in this establishment! I got the Hawaiian Sunset and love the colors! I asked for 25% sweet and it was just right. Perfect place to get boba! Thank you!!!

ITS DISGUSTING. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Go literally anywhere else. I got the burnt brown sugar milk tea with boba and the drink itself was mid at best; it kind of gave me a stomachache. THE BOBA WAS HORRID. It wasn’t even tapioca I presume? That or it was extremely overcooked, hard, and difficult to chew. Absolutely disgusting, photo of the “boba” for reference it might be hard to tell the texture from the picture. It also barely came with any (in the picture I left the majority of what they gave), so even if it was actual tapioca, it didn’t have nothing.
