Wow, I wasn’t expecting much at first, but holy crap the food hit so hard. ITS SO GOOD. haven’t had a good meal like that in so long. The chocolate temptation cake was so good. Not too sweet. I find it hard to find cake that taste just right. Thank you! I will be inviting friends here!

We regularly use this restaurant for our business events, and the food never fails to impress. Our guests constantly compliment the delicious flavors and always ask where the food comes from. We highly recommend this place—it’s truly one of the best in the Bay Area, if not all of California! You also have to try their shawarma and hamburgers—just thinking about them makes me hungry. The flavors are incredible, and every bite is satisfying. This restaurant is a must-try!

Underrated af! We really enjoyed the food and the plate came with two different kinds of rice. We also ordered the fattoush salad and kibbeh. The salad was made fresh and the parsley was cut so finely. The only thing I didn't like was how cold the restaurant was.

This place is amazing. All the food is amazing but especially the mixed grill plate, service is great, prices are unmatched. Palestinian food is the best and they do it right.

There are some places that you go to and you can feel the love emanating from the surroundings. That's what I felt at the lotus. When I read the history of the owners on the wall, I understood where that love came from. It's the warmth of the Palestinian people, who are the most welcoming in the world. Yes I've been there.
The food was awesome and served hot and quickly. They have a lot of variety in their fare, including options for kids.
I had the lavash wrap/shawarma served in small pieces which makes it easier to eat. I come through SFO airport a lot. This will be my go to place when I have time before my flight!

I ordered the lamp and beef shawarma plate, i tasted all lamb and it had to much of lamb taste and smell, i mean you can use some garlic and onion take the smell away. No napkins or sauces in my bag atleast mentioned it to the customer.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They didn't rush us in ordering and took the time to explain the dishes and their differences. The food was fresh tasting, filling and the portion size was worth the price. They had traditional music playing and you can learn more about Lotus Falafel and its humble beginning. It did come with pita bread, hummus, house salad, and what you see in the photo. It was beautiful presentation.
