Mrs. Fields cookies are always good. As long as I can get the 40ish Filipino woman who works there to get off texting her cell phone long enough to realize there is a customer waiting. Last time I was there she looked annoyed that I wanted service. That woman is ALWAYS on her phone texting. WTH?

I was craving something sweet and decided to come by Mrs. Fields and treat myself to a semi-sweet chocolate chip cookie. The first couple of bites were buttery, sweet goodness. I was thoroughly enjoying the cookie when I felt some type of string between my teeth. I pulled out what seemed to be a piece of fabric (at least I hope it was fabric and not hair) and noticed that there was more of the material baked into a section of my cookie - see the picture I posted. It turned off my appetite. I don't think quality control is their strength here. I'll pass on coming by to this place again.

I drove to this mall specifically for the cookies. They say they open at 10 a.m. when I showed up at 10:02, nobody was out front, there were no cookies in the case, and there was a hoodie on the table counter with a phone on top which was clearly playing the girl's personally R&B sensual pop "love" songs. She came out of the back after maybe 4 minutes of me being there and I said, " I thought you all open at 10?" She proceeded to put her apron on with a suprised look and said they she could offer me cookies baked the previous day because she hadn't started baking yet. I know this girl did not start on time. It's a bad look for the company. She seems sweet but her manager needs to either enforce being on time or hire someone else who can manage the store property and responsibilites

We went to the mall for frozen yogurt at Orange Tree. They had sone unusual flavors. Good frozen yogurt, but the workers need improvement. There is a GameSpot, Target, JC Penny... The employees are very helpful at Game Spot. The burrito place and herbal neck kiosk are no longer there, but it is still a nice mall to go to... It was nice just leisurely walking around the mall. Great for families to kill some time...

This shopping complex has got several brands and is about 5-10 minutes from San Francisco airport. Medium to high range goods. A huge food court. We loved this beautiful convenient shopping complex at the doors to SFO...on El Kamino Real

We ordered 20 chocolate chip nibblers and they came out all cold and hard, chewy but in an "I've been sitting out" way. We only had to take one bite and knew it was bad so we took it back and the girl gave us another bag which was the exact same but she gave us a dirty look that time. We didn't have time so we just left.

I think the cookie monster wouldn't be impressed. Standard too sweet cookies: $5 for like 15 or so nibblers? = sugar high. I felt dirty after. If you want a cookie cake with writing, you'll have to give them 45 minutes notice.
