First of all, I am a picky eater and when it comes to pizza? I like it thin and flavorful. In my opinion, this pizza tasted disgusting. It was too thick, had little to no flavor, and was overall disgusting. Plus, the sauces were bad aswell and there was nothing good about the food overall. I don't know about the service or atmosphere since I stayed at home while my family left to pick up the pizza, but there’s nothing that could save this pizza. Disgusting.

Let me start with I’ve been ordering from this location for a long time. Per my screenshot, I had PJs on Monday 10/20. In my household of 5 people, only my 3 yo daughter and I had pizza. My daughter and I had it for lunch and dinner that day; no one else wanted pizza that day and we tossed the leftovers.
72+ hours since our first slice, we still have “bubble guts”. No fever, vomiting, or any other symptoms. Even before all that, my household asked me how the pizza was (their new special with four dipping sauces, neither of which I had), and I said it was just OK. My daughter’s symptoms aren’t as severe as mine.
Hopefully perishables are being stored properly and hygienic practices are being maintained.

Horrible customer service. Ordered online for pickup 12 March 2025 around 5 PM, food is ready, there are 3 guys there. One guy is at the counter doing nothing but chatting in Spanish with a delivery worker, also doing nothing, the last guy is actually making the food. Counter guy sees me, ignores me for 10 minutes, walks around, another guy clocks in, also ignores me. Suddenly a DoorDash driver walks in for pickup. Counter guy is happy to speak Spanish with him and ignores me. I have to confront the Counter Guy and tell him I was already waiting for pickup and tell him my name. Counter Guy continues talking to DoorDash driver telling him his order isn't ready yet, then decides to get my cold pizza with no acknowledgement or apology. All he has to do is hand me a box, it takes 12 seconds. I don't even care what the food tastes like, I only taste the bitterness from my experience and the disgusting flavour of their service. I will gladly rejoice the day this joint goes out of business and gets replaced.

On Feb 5th of this year, I placed an order via GrubHub for a large 16 inch pizza, a brownie which wasn't hot but luke warm, and a drink and this is what they did to my pizza prior to delivering it. 🤦♀️
So I'm just going to assume that it was an off night for those guys or whoever was preparing the pizza, but that still doesn't give you a right to deliberately mess up my pizza that I spent money and time getting so until something is done about the management team then I will not be submitting another order with this Papa John's. 🍕 🌶️ 🫑

I really don't recommend this place. Pizza is never ready on time. Never! Employees talk about work, but they don't work. They stand and chat about work. They move like they're sleeping, barely. I understand that they have a hard job, they get tired. But it's a job. Unfortunately, it is never done on time in this place!
