My mom came here tonight and the cashier told her he could take her order bc the lady who makes the pizzas was on her 30 min break. They were closing in 30 so it gave us no time. I wish the could have taken our order and had someone else on hand to make it

Always come to this place. Good pizza, BUT they are perpetually understaffed. Standing here waiting for the pizza still 25 minutes after the text saying the pizza is ready. Staff is poorly trained and the person who seems to be the manager has bad customer service etiquette - saw him yelling at a customer once.

We love this location! If we’ve ever had any concerns or even questions, they are quick to help. Tonight the worker by the name of Justin was so sweet to my daughter, and made our pizza perfect! THANKS A BUNCH GUYS!!

I have passed by a few times but never had a chance to drop by. I did a late night pickup and the service was nice and quick. As far as the pizza goes, it's fast food pizza. I'd say it's comparable to Dominos and Pizza Hut. Not horrible but not the best. Take out locationStreet parkingParking is very limited at night

Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and it barely had sauce on it so I asked if the my could remake it. Young woman who was working the cashier and wore glasses was nice about it and offered to remake it. Pizza came out very quick and delicious.Not a lot of parking but we found a spot right in front. It's also close to San Bruno CalTrain and American Legion.

Unprofessional employees. I ordered 2 pizzas and told the employee on the phone that I had a $100 bill and see if they had enough change she said yes so I made the order and it came out to be $51.25 so I went to pick up my order and the employee that was on the register told me that he isn't taking my money because it's fake so I tried to pay with two $50 bills he still wouldn't take the money so I left the store without my order. I don't recommend this location for anything at all. I see they have a help wanted sign in the front window I hope the person thinks twice before applying there. The whole staff at this location are very unprofessional. I wonder how they stayed in business this long. I bet the owner of this papa John's is very happy with his employees.

My order was delivered to the wrong address. When I called Papa John's I was told that was my fault. When I asked for the owners name and contact info I was told that they did not know that information. The man I spoke with was very rude. I am working with my bank now for a refund. I will pursue my complaint with the corporate office, I am certain they know who their franchisee is. The Large pizza with delivery via Door Dash is cost me 50.00. I will never order from this rude disrespectful, unprofessional location again and neither should you.
San bruno papa John's need to make sure to read the tags and the order carefully.I ordered chicken garlic with red sauce and add on's Because my son is allergic to the ranch sauce. Now he can't eat

Delivery order showed up more than a hour and a half after initial order .... and was still "warm", but certainly not hot or delicious. And that was after paying a pre-paid delivery tip $$ .... so yeah, won't be returning to this location any time soon.
