Takeout service is atrocious. Previous time I ordered my food 10min in advanced and when I got there they told me 10more minutes, even though the app said my order was ready.

This last time was the last straw. I placed my order 30min in advanced just in case. I get a “ready for pickup” notification about 10min later. I get to the pickup station and show them my details. They proceed to pick up my order ticket from the rail, read it, realize they don’t have anything ready, come back and tell me that my order will be ready in about 30min. I then had to go through the app to cancel my order.

Completely unacceptable. What is the point of ordering in advance. Unfortunately, I cannot go back to this location for this reason.

These situations have always happened at this location but I can always let it go because it’s a couple min wait or they’re clearly busy helping someone else. But these last couple times have been intolerable.

It took 35 minutes for them to complete my order. I checked-in with them multiple times and ultimately had to pressure the staff to put my order together. I ordered at 8:00 pm.

I ordered a meal online through the Popeyes site, only for the delivery driver to not answer the phone when I received a message that they were having problems finding the hotel room. Then, give minutes later I received another message saying that the meal was ordered and it wasn't! Apparently it's a thing around here for delivery drivers to steal a meal. How pathetic.

They messed up my delivery order, forgetting an entire large side order of mashed potatoes. When I requested a refund I was only given the difference between a small and large. When I pushed back, their customer service was unable to comprehend how they were shorting me. When I inquired again, hoping to be escalated, they completely ghosted me.

The food is good but good luck getting your money back if they mess up. Simple math and customer service seem to be lacking from their corporate customer service team.
