My recent visit to Quickly left much to be desired, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.To begin with, the ambiance was lackluster, and the overall cleanliness of the establishment left me questioning the hygiene standards. The decor seemed outdated, contributing to a less-than-inviting atmosphere.Now, let's talk about the boba. The drink I ordered was a letdown from the first sip. The boba pearls were oddly chewy, bordering on rubbery, and lacked the freshness I expect from a boba establishment. The drink itself was overly sweet, with an artificial flavor that was overpowering and far from the natural taste I anticipated.The service was another disappointment. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, providing a lackluster customer experience. I had hoped for a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, but unfortunately, that was not the case.Furthermore, the pricing did not align with the quality of the product. I found myself questioning why I paid a premium for a subpar boba drink when there are far better options available in the area.

took 30 minutes for two things. submitted the order at 3:48, order said ready at 4:04pm went in at 4:08pm, the lady looked surprised when she looked at the phone we showed her for the order, she said "5 minutes" , finally got the food at 4:21pm. the spam masubi is messy & rushed.

The drinks and food are awesome! The employees do wonders when making a slush! I have yet to be disappointed! I don't go into the store often, but when I do it is clean and the employees are friendly!

The ladies working here are amazing. My brother is in a wheelchair and they bring his food to the table. Always helpful in suggestions.

This Quickly is not that busy. To use the self ordering tablet, there's a mandatory 10% tip. No biggie, but kinda of shady because I took my food to-go and did not eat there. So, popcorn chicken with tax and tip was $9.50.

Honey milk tea w/ mini boba & mango popping boba (left), Rose milk tea w/ mini boba (right) and sweet potato fries. Loved both drinks!This has been my go to place for boba drinks but for the fried snack options, I wish they were less greasy.Highly recommend the additional topping of mango popping boba for a fun little kick to the drink. They also have the option for a strawberry popping boba.

They FORCE you to tip. The self serve kiosk that they have you use FORCES you to pick 10/15/20% tip. If you want to hit the "CUSTOM" tip to leave a different amount or 0, you can't. The Custom button is hidden underneath the "Continue" button. So you can't even access the the Custom button if you don't want to tip, or already left cash. So you're forced to take your own order, not get service, and then on top expected to leave a gratuity for doing that!Good boba and snacks tho!

Come here when I'm craving the original mochi waffle. It's good for a non-flavored waffle, soft and has a little crunch to it. My go-to and close by my house.
