I came in on (9/1) right before 7 pm with 3 of my friends. It seemed a little busy for a monday…well, it’s labor day. Our server, Betty (i think) made sure to keep bringing us fresh biscuits while we waited on our food.
Betty was exceptionally sweet. I think we were her last table but she went out of her way to be nice to us. One of my friends had a togo order and she waited to make sure the burger got to us before she left her shift.
she was so genuinely gracious, pleasant and accommodating
We all hope she is working the next time we are in. she’s a great server.❤️

5pm is not a good time to go. Poor waitress was stressed out with 7 tables to take care of. She said 5:30 is when help arrives. This didnt help us much as we had to wait close to 45mins from checking in with the host to getting our food.

Tonight, my family had a great meal from this location. Andrew, the GM, was attentive, friendly, and genuine. We ran into a small issue with our meal but Andrew took accountability and went above and beyond to make things right. We had our meal to go and once we sat down to eat at home, our food was fresh, flavorful, and one of the best we’ve had at a Red Lobster. It wouldn’t have happened without Andrew and I appreciate the experience we had because of him.
