Never sit at the bar tables. They ignore you. I sat for twenty minutes while the bartender helped her “regulars.” My favorite server with different abilities no longer works here, but he was wayyyyyyyyyyy better than all these other people with regular abilities. Hire better people and teach them awareness.

Neat little 1/3 pound burgers at Red Robin. The unlimited sides will make up for the small burgers. I prefer 1/2 pound burgers. We had the Royal Red Robin (egg, bacon, cheeseburger) with avocado $20.18, A1 steakhouse (bacon, mushroom cheeseburger) $18.59, Sauteed 'Shroom (mushroom cheeseburger) $17.39 and onion rings $14. There's an up charge for some our sides: garlic parmesan broccoli +$3 and garlic fries +$3. Everything tasted fine. I do like how the tower of onion rings looked. It came with 'campfire mayo' and ranch sauce. Our waitress was awesome. She did a good job checking on us.

However, there were a lot of dirty tables around us. They don't seem to bus the tables in a timely manner. It is not appetizing eating next to dirty dishes.

It's a casual dinner in Burger and beer restaurant. Service is always friendly and quick and the burgers and bar are consistently good.

5 Stars – Rebecca at Red Robin is Simply the Best!

We rolled into a packed Red Robin with six people and hit the absolute jackpot: Rebecca was our server.

From her warm smile and learning every name in seconds to making us feel like the only table in the restaurant, she was pure magic. She owns that menu; her description of the Jalapeño Heatwave was so irresistible that three of us ordered it immediately, and even our picky eater demolished every last bite.

Bottomless freckled lemonades stayed magically full, apps came out screaming hot, burgers landed perfectly timed, and Rebecca appeared exactly when we needed her with effortless, flawless timing.

Thanks to her energy and genuine care, a random night out turned into one of the most fun dinners we’ve had in forever. We laughed the whole time and left already planning our return, Rebecca’s section only.

Red Robin, pay this woman everything. Best server we’ve ever had, anywhere.

My family and I spent the day in SF for my son's birthday 🎂. I was surprised to see a Red Robin, I haven't been there in years. We were seated quickly enough, but everything else was substandard. The food and drinks took a long time to come out, and it was wrong when it did arrive. The food was mediocre at best. I guess there's a reason so many of them have closed.

Great time and atmosphere! It started off with great energy from our server and we were all laughing after order apps.

Silly of me to think the San Bruno location would be as good as the Red Robin in Oakley; but, to my surprise, IT ACTUALLY WAS! Great atmosphere with a welcoming service, provided by Dominic. The food came out fast and the portions were well worth the price. Everything was so good I found myself still trying to finish even though I was stuffed! My only problem with the Franchise is they are too far apart, so as a Commercial Driver whenever I run into one I make sure to take lunch there!
