Red Robin: A Classic Burger Joint Worth RevisitingI recently revisited Red Robin, a restaurant I used to frequent many years ago, and I believe it's time we rethink our opinion of this establishment. Since Red Robin's introduction, there have been numerous burger joints that have entered the market, many of which are quite expensive. This made me reconsider Red Robin's offerings and appreciate what a great deal they provide.Red Robin is not just about burgers; they offer a diverse menu that includes entrées, pizza, and a full bar. It's incredible to find such variety under one roof. The company has been a pioneer in addressing changes in burger profiles, staying ahead of the curve and adapting to evolving customer preferences. While many Red Robin locations have closed over time, this particular location remains open, and I highly recommend you come and enjoy what they have to offer. The atmosphere is inviting, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. Whether you're in the mood for a classic burger or want to try one of their other menu items, Red Robin has something for everyone. In conclusion, Red Robin is a classic burger joint that deserves a revisit. With its diverse menu, full bar, and great value, it's a perfect spot for a casual meal with family and friends. So, head over to this location and rediscover the joy of dining at Red Robin.

Drink cup was Visibly dirty you could see food particles stuck to the glass. We were sat in the bar area the Bartender/server was overwhemled by the number of tables they had to Attend to on top of normal bartending duties they fell very short on getting orders right and keeping up with the tables and customers.Parking: Not enough handicap

What a terrible place Red Robin has become. I went there yesterday around noon and as soon as I got in I could tell the place was run down. At first the lady sat me and my mom at this table that was rickety. We couldn't touch it without it moving so we asked if could sit somewhere else. We moved two tables up from that one and at first it was better. We ordered some bootleg version of mozzarella sticks called "twists" that look like something out of a microwave kids dinner. That was another bad sign. What really told me this place is going down hill was my burger. Now I've going to Red Robin since I was a kid (I'm in my 30's now) I remember the burgers being big and having a lot of French fries and being so full i couldn't finish my meal. But yesterday I got a burger the size of my fist maybe a little bigger but not by much. The pineapple in my burger was bigger than my patty. And all I got was a handful of fries not joking like 10 fries! It looked like my mom had gotten more than me to the point where I think they split the fries between my mom and me. I ordered the cinnamon donuts hole which were the only thing that has stayed the same on their menu! Our meal with a tip was around $80 and I can tell you that McDonald's or Burger King would give you twice the amount food for that price that had the same quality! Just as we're were about to leave we realized chair we were sitting on was loose and could have broken on us as we were sitting! Don't come here! Don't waste your hard earned money it's not worth it. You could go to Subway and be more full than eating at Red Robin!

Decent value, tasty food. They're very understaffed. But there bartender is nice just doing too many things at once. Burger was cooked well and very juicy.

I always loved the burgers at Red Robin. This particular location in San Bruno could use a revamp. Not sure what it is about it that makes it look old and not inviting. San Mateo location when it was open was nicer.

This location is trash. We stood for 15 minutes before someone came and seated us (should have left). Food was soggy and cold. Absolutely zero service - we never saw our waiter again. Did not get water even after asking - if not for the soda we got we would have choked to death for lack of fluids.Avoid at all cost. I used to love red robin but never again!

Quite tasty, and within one's budget. Can't get any better than this if you want to have an alternative to Denny's and IHOP.
