I can't believe they refused to let me use their bathroom im a cancer patient a member with Starbucks for years I just couldn't have coffee this afternoon because of my treatment...unacceptable

Just grateful that this location is open earlier than other stores. Great for catching an early morning SFO flight.

I really thought Starbucks toasts the sandwich, but instead I got soggy grossness of something that was in the microwave. Disgusting and it made me sick thinking of eating microwave food all day. I'll never order food heated at Starbucks again. Service was okay but inside it's really kind of gross. I ended up getting back on the train and going down to Burlingame where it's nicer and warmer.

I am not happy about this new policy Starbucks has in place! I've seen customers walk in, claim a table, plug in Their laptops and either use Their mobile app or approach the counter. Not every customer walks in automatically knowing what they want to drink to begin with. Unfortunately, that was not the case yesterday. I barely had a chance to log on to the wi-fi, or even speak to my mother about any starbucks item, before being approached. I am not new to this location, but very new to this new policy. If you approach me about ordering a drink, atleast mention what you don't have available for purchase. I always order my drinks 'breve' but when I went to order, I than get told by the same guy I had to order a different drink or order a different milk substitue? Than why hound me? If I ordered from my Starbucks app and you didn't have 'breve' would the employee have waited for me to come in and discuss or just put a milk substitue of Their choice without my acknowledgement? Which makes sense as I've ordered a few times and can tell they don't follow app intsructions or the customizations of the orders, but They l'll have an attitude and charge for them!
No greeting, hello, we’ll be right with you, nothing. Had to wait for just a simple cup of coffee while everyone just kept walking by it. Horrible service.

Probably the most uncomfortable feeling Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Floor looks/seems dirty even tho it’s probably not. The vibes are awkward & Service is slow .. maybe they can hire more well trained staff. I grew up here & 20 years later this place is still the same.. no upgrades, no remodel , no nothing.

I went in to get a sandwich
One of those pre made that is made in a warehouse then shipped to there locations
I did not tip since tipping is for when a waiter or waitress is serving you
Not someone who takes the pre made sandwich and nukes it and hands it to you
You can tell they where expecting a tip
And they got wierd with me about a tip
I did tell them to take this job at min wages
At a business model that screws there employees and rewards upper management
That's not my problem
Your problem is you expect the customer
To subsidize your poor decision of working for a corporation that does not give a rats ass about you or your student loans for Immoral studys online.
So I suggest that look at your situation
Not at me since I don't tip for non-served food at my table.
If you don't like your job then quit I'm sure they will find a replacement like an illegal to do your job for penny's on the dollar
No one owes you nothing in this life
So don't expect nothing and be grateful
When get anything
I work everyday and don't expect a tip
I get my wages and I'm grateful
So think about next time
Because with me there is no next time at Starbuck corporation because of business model that Alienates its employees against there customers for money.
