I only ordered from this Starbucks today because it's convenient for my husband (for pick up), but never again will I order from here. It's also not my "usual" Starbucks location. I'll keep ordering from another location. It's not the first time my drink came home looking like it's a Grande even though I ordered and paid for a Venti. Y'all need to improve customer service and clean up your business! Otherwise, you'll lose local customers.

I dropped by this shop because I was craving a Frappuccino on this warm day. After I ordered a small caramel frap, I realized that my dog Jack has never had a pup cup in his life and he's 5.5 years old. Today's your lucky day Jack! Herehe is enjoying his first Starbucks treat! We both enjoyed our afternoon treat!

Seemed understaffed with only one employee when we walked in. She was super friendly and took the time to address me by name. She was quickly overwhelmed with other customers coming in and still managed to make our drinks quickly. Bakery item shelves were empty and had the feeling that maybe they had a problem with homeless wandering in or something as the place seemed like an inner city stripped down starbucks. Still was a good experience but I wouldn't hang out there.

Ordered a Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade drink. It's filled with more than half cup of ice. It's not like the sugar water cost very much. It felt like they deliberately messed with customers. Horrible employees working there.
