This is by far the BEST Starbucks I have ever been to. They ALWAYS get my drink correct! And I have had my share of Starbucks. They greet you with a hello and smile. I really appreciate the effort that they put into their work. Thank you again

The remodel is nice and the workers are always friendly but when I mobile order, there are times it is wrong. And seems like since they have changed the cold cups, they put way more ice in these drinks than the actual drink. The last few times, my cup is filled with ice. I can't even stir my drink around bc there is so much ice. For what is charged at this place, they should provide more drink> I also noticed at times, you can't adjust the ice amount when ordering your drink on the mobile app.

I’m honestly so disgusted. I ordered a drink today and when I picked it up there was a dead fly stuck to the lid. Totally unacceptable. I expect better hygiene and quality control from a place like Starbucks. I had noticed the fly after drinking half of my grande coffee. Definitely makes me think twice about coming back.

I usually love Starbucks, but this particular location has some issues with service. I ordered just two items, and unfortunately, both were prepared incorrectly—even though the café wasn’t busy at the time. Hoping this was just an off day, but it was definitely disappointing

Starbucks in this area has been tanking for awhile. Drinks have been mediocre at best, def don’t follow the request that are being paid for, kids hot chocolate shouldn’t be steaming hot. I can honestly probably make my drink better than they do. And when you tell them your drink is incorrect they give the worst attitude, not my fault you can’t do your job correctly.

I'm a chai tea person, and for years I have been getting the same Hot Chai Tea from Starbucks. Recently I got my tea and got really sick, a bad stomachache. I didn't eat anything else, and the second time, I tried the chai and got sick again. I went to get Chai tea from another coffee place, and no problem, so my conclusion is that the Chai from Starbucks is of bad quality..

I visited Starbucks this morning and ordered a sandwich and coffee through their mobile app. When I arrived to pick it up, my coffee was ready, but I was left waiting for my sandwich. I noticed that customers who had ordered after me were getting their sandwiches, while mine was still missing.
I approached one of the employees to check on my order, and she spoke to a woman in a grey shirt who seemed to be in charge of heating the sandwiches. I thought the woman in grey shit would help, but she completely ignored my order, leaving me waiting even longer. After a significant delay, the employee finally went back to heat my sandwich. To my surprise, the woman in the grey shirt even tried to put the to-go bag on the head of the employee! It became clear that the woman in grey shirt was avoiding helping me, which was incredibly frustrating. The entire situation was poorly managed and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, the woman in the grey shirt was incompetent and unprofessional. While heating sandwiches, she was talking loudly without wearing a mask, which felt both unhygienic and inappropriate in a food service environment.
In the past, my experiences at this Starbucks have been positive, with friendly and helpful service. Unfortunately, it seems like the woman in the grey t-shirt needs more training in customer service and hygiene standards. This visit was a major disappointment, and I left feeling frustrated.

Not good stop for travelers or parents with young kids / babies, no restroom & changing table.
The service was very bad, the employees made a face and threw things away.
