Great neighborhood restaurant. They have vegan options. Veggie tempura roll and the avocado and cucumber rolls are delicious. Staff is friendly. Pricing is reasonable. Good for take out.
My wife and I had been coming here for years pretty regularly. In fact it's my wifes favorite sushi spot. (Mine is another place, but I do still really like this one though.)It can get a bit pricybat times but we've never been disappointed with the quality and freshness of the food here.
Sunny Sushi seems friendly and no dine-in COVid19. Wife had salmon teriyaki and I had Bento box with Sashimi(raw fish) and Gyoza(potsticker). Arriving at home, I was surprised at 2 potstickers but the sashimi had 4 slices(2 2salmon2hamachiYellowTailTuna). Menu stated 4 potstickers per order. Sashimi is exceptionally good and countered with Only 2 Gyoza. Restaurant will replace 2 Gyoza but I have to drive and wait and drive back home to eat. No apology and "that happens sometime."...
