Great ice cream and plenty of seats to enjoy a nice treat. I came here after my kid was done for school. They have many great options to choose from. The staff is very friendly and allow you to sample many flavors. I picked the loco coco! Amazing! The ube is really good too! Overall great ice cream to enjoy a nice day.

A HIDDEN GEM! This place surpassed my expectations. The mango bingsoo was amazing and the snow was so creamy. Every bite was perfect. The mangos were sweet which I find is rare. This place is on par with the bingsoo I've had in Koreatown in LA. The owner was very friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. I'm definitely coming back to try the ice cream

January 2024:They have Lapperts ice cream ?!Stopped by and ordered the waffle bubble with ube ice cream and macadamia nut ice cream.My goodness! It was SOOOO GOOOOD ?.People there were very friendly. I will definitely be back again for more delicious ice cream!

Located at the southern end of San Mateo Ave (The Ave), this ice cream shop is very cozy, serving delicious Lappert's Hawaiian ice cream, which I had never heard of before. And it was the first time to Sweet Connections for my grandson and myself.I bought my 7 year old grandson a scoop of rocky road and strawberry. He liked the strawberry better. My grandson said he liked the shop, too. He said it was nice.Afterwards, taking my hand, little Ricky said he loved me and asked if we could come back and try a couple of other flavors. Since it was raining outside, my adorable grandson didn't notice the tears in my eyes as I said yes to him, that we will come back real soon.

For health reasons, I swore off ice cream. With Sweet Connections as a new mainstay in my life, fuggedaboutit. Not only do they have a broad selection of flavors but many are very unique. The bubble-waffle cone substitute is a must. They cook it fresh before your eyes. If you happen to catch the proprietor on duty, she will accommodate custom requests, eg 4 small scoops vs 3 regular-sized scoops on a banana split (for people like me who can't narrow flavor choices down to 3!)

5/5My favorite dessert place so far. They carry Lappert's ice cream and I tried almost everything on their ice cream menu and nothing disappoints me. My top 3s are: vanilla bean, Hana Road and Caramel Coconut Macadamia.Although they are famous for their Lappert's Ice cream. It is a must, to try their bingsoo esp the mango flavor. It's insanely good. The reason why I have no photo of it it's because I can't believe I'm eating a piece of heaven on earth and I always forget to take a snap everytime. That's how good it is! For me it's the best bingsoo place around the area.

We celebrated our daughters first birthday here! Belle was so accommodating and made set up and clean up so easy for us. (Our guest we're so excited to get to celebrate in a ice cream shop!)We really enjoyed the space and the ice cream packaged was the best, I mean who doesn't love ice cream. My husband and I have come here for the ice cream/ Dole whip ourselves and loved it. Super reasonable price, great ambiance and amazing service! Definitely recommend if you are in the area!

Such a good spot for a birthday party! We rented both the back room as well as the front of the store for a party of about 80 people and just the back room for another party 2.5 months later. Set up and breakdown were very easy. 6ft tables were provided to use for food, cake, gifts, etc. We brought in our own food, drinks and cake...even though the ice cream was the star of the show. The ice cream packages make serving dessert to your guest super easy. They serve Lappert's, which is amazing! There is street parking up and down San Mateo Avenue as well as parking lots located on Mastick. Parking can be tough, but we didn't have any complaints from our guests. After throwing 2 successful parties at Sweet Connections, this is definitely our go-to party venue!

Delicious ice cream, very friendly server. The place is obviously quite popular: there was a steady stream of other customers the whole time I was there. The ambiance is very casual and the place seems well kept up. I got two cups of ice cream to go for me and my husband to eat in our car, and the servings were more than generous. I got a split scoop of vanilla bean and chocolate. The vanilla had plenty of bean specks and an assertive vanilla bean flavor, which is just what I like. The chocolate was my favorite, very rich and not too sweet. My husband liked his two scoops of strawberry. The server kindly complimented my hat and made friendly, pleasant conversation while she waited on me. I would definitely come back. Thanks, y'all!Edit: I forgot to mention that you can try as many flavors as you want. The server was happy to help and never made me feel rushed.

Craving bingsoo? Finally found a place where the bingsoo is for one person. The textures and flavors were spot on, and they didn't water down the sweetened condensed milk too much.They also have shaved ice and Lampert's ice cream. On a Wednesday afternoon there were a number of families getting treats after their swim lesson. There's a parking lot in the back. I'll be back.
