There are significant problems with their kitchen management. The food serving sequence is chaotic. I placed an order for 4 tacos but had to wait for nearly an hour. Moreover, one of the waiters was unprofessional and did not show any patience to explain to the customer why they needed to wait.

Ordered over the phone and the order was made quick. It was ready by the time we arrived. They misheard that I wanted an extra burrito similar to one of the other ones but they were super nice about it and prioritized making the extra burrito. Super friendly and cared about the customer. Salsa bar was cool and the vibe was nice. Burritos were huge and delicious. This was a great spot and I’m planning to visit a lot more. Value and service 5/5

My family and I ordered 3 super burritos. This place gets really busy so the wait for food is longer than some places. Parking can be difficult. The place itself is really small and can get crowded with people waiting. Some people that are waiting on their to-go order take up the tables and chairs so if you want to dine in, take a table before you order perhaps? The burritos were good. I would definitely go back again. I wouldn’t say this will be my go to though. Just had to try due to all the hype this place gets. I loved that they had self service for the salsa. Loved that they had limes, radishes, jalapeños and carrots also. A lot of places don’t offer these so that is a major plus.

We’ve been here for an hour, coming off a long flight. It’s a busy and popular place, and the food is good - we knew there would be a wait. However, after an hour they have called ONE number in the WHOLE place!! At least 5 tables were here before us, and still waiting on their food!
What does seem to come very fast? Phone, and online orders. If you are so behind, maybe stop taking phone and online orders for 30 minutes. We definitely wouldn’t take a chance with this restaurant again.

You would not regret ordering them as “taco especial” (guac, sour cream, and cheese) if you can.
I love their chips & their self serve sauce corner.

Large variety of protein options. Thin and delicious tortillas.
Super friendly and helpful employees. They have an about 8 or so tables so there is capacity to dine inside. I didn’t see any outside eating areas. Some customers came to pick up their meals.
They had a baseball game in the TV which I thought was comforting and gave a small bar ambiance about the place.
The only negative is lack of parking options but it’s worth parking farther away and walking up. I was there when most the neighboring business were closed and that helped with having more parking options along the street. I imagine that it may be more difficult to park when those businesses are open (lots of automotive repair shops)
I highly recommend the place if you’re looking for fresh and tasty Mexican food!

I think this was a really appealing place to eat lunch. This restaurant can accommodate at least 30 people at once. The decor is stunning, the food prices are reasonable, and the meal servings are enormous. Lastly, the meal was flavorful and moderately salted. Most likely, the only problem you might encounter is finding parking. Recommend!!!
