As other comments have already pointed out, sadly, this is a mall that's almost deserted and where there isn't much to do. Half of the spaces for establishments are not being used, there is very little movement of people and almost nothing to do. Even Target was closed, and JCPenney had huge signs displaying everything at 40-60% off, giving the impression that they were getting rid of everything because they were closing permanently soon too. It was one of those places...
Less shop are open, but i been coming here 20 yrs, i come here its because it's laid-back and I want to the small business. I wish for Taforan Mall to stay open, re open and grand opening someone save this shopping mall.
There are many empty shops in the mall comparing few years ago. The mall is still considered clean, but traffic is much less than before. It might be closed in future if owner not going to do anything about it. Parking are pretty easy.
