Best pizza in the Bay Area ever‼ wish they would expand to Solano County. We go there every time we're in the area.

Sorry but not worth the hype. Paid almost $50 for a XL soggy pizza. We had didn't receive any service and only came because my sister and friend recommended this place. Definitely not coming back. We will go back to our go-to place. For $50, we got CL crispy pizza, grilled chicken Caesar salad, cheese sticks and 2L soda for dine-in with service. I'd rather leave my money here.

Really wanted to try this place as it's been around for so long. However with prices such as $3.25 per topping I could not bring myself to spend so much on so little. Not a pizza parlor for the working class despite how it looks :(

I have had ToTos probably over 1000 times since I was a child. It was easily the best pizza in the west bay before the Covid in 2020. I dont know if there was a change of ownership or the way they make the Pizza but it just hasnt been the same since 2020. Its still good pizza, but its not what it once was. Their prices are also through the roof these days. Sad!
